There is some confusion going around weather the order gives power for each copy of itself, or each OTHER copy of itself in the order zone. I’m looking in to what the actual translation is and once i find it i will update it here.
From my matches in cfa, arkite is definitely much more better than heroes, her pros is her support is pretty much any generic monster units unlike heroes. Another is she can recycle her units and have less problems with deck out while still trimming the deck. lastly The power she gives to her units is really good and prevents her attacks to be shutdown by a single dmg trigger of an opponent.
I don't think you read the first effect of maelstrom correctly for game 2, the cb1 to restand is only if your opponents vg is g3 or greater. So the restand wouldn't activate since alkite was only at grade 2.
So for the monster deck, rather than bolbamine I've found limited success with the other G1 CC monster. The one that CCs on hit, why? It's a constant and it can be a 20K booster. Also, theorycrafting ideas you could run the promo G3 VG since he's also a monster, and the G2 Eva research with Arkhite. Arkhite searches herself, and eldo for an alt ride, eldo bounces back the orders for bind ability. It's not a great combination and requires setup but it's janky fun
Arkhite is so cool. I really like the idea of uniting those generic monster cards into a pretty strong deck while also incorporating Eva support. It was cool seeing other monsters like Bolbamine and the gremlin this game as well Maelstrom on the other hand, the really glaring issue is the order for me. Aqua Force wants attackers so the order can really brick you in the early turns as seen in game 1 but you want to run it since the rideline searches for it. Would you consider a build that doesn't run it in the future?
Hard to say, at first i liked the draw’s because of the strange hand management, but right now I prefer the fronts for extra power as well as the 20k shield

Well, just like the other comments said, maelsteom skill to give restand eff only works if your opp is g3 Maelstrom is a cheaper flagburg, with the pro of doesn't have to use the skill if doesn't hit, unlike flagburg that you will use all the skill. Mael can also discard inlet early cause of the order. The power +5k per set order also strong enough in my opinion Surprisingly, this deck is strong enough to fight control deck, but weak against deck that can rush like tamayura and rorowa Also, unpopular opinion, but I do think that Maelstrom is already better than Flagburg

@@TopDeckHeroes so....there are 2 different translations 1 that said every judgment maelstrom, and every other judgement maelstron I would say the 1st one is the correct one, cause if the latter is the case, the eff is very bad 🥲
Saw the video and had to watch it and yes I think dear days is following Filip as you should just atk maybe in your next proxy fight give yourself one turn where you atk vanilla and see if you trig sack hehe. For maelstrom this is the beginning and we will see the rest of his support but I do like what he is capable of currently . Love the video guys and can't wait to built arhkite

i think running the secondel in the monster is not the way since you already returning stuff with the vg ability anyway and the extra cards put into the deck by secondel is diluting the deck making harder to check triggers also i personaly running tectane and the 2 copy g2 eva order to thin out more if you hit an order and the bind come in handy in some matches nice game tough but the black magic is not in the maelstrom player this time around probably cursed by flagburg lol
It help’s putting PGs back and person rides as well as if you see your good monsters out of deck already to put some back so you can get the most out of calling it during battle phase
Really hate how arkite stuff couldve been used for heroes, what i dont like about bushi currently is they keep pumping out ridelines and forget supporting the previous ones, look at brandt gate for example set06,7,and 8 all have different ridelines and only arkhite actually looks playable. Heroes and welstra r so....meh, what i like about arkhite is atleast she can work with any generic monster cards, unlike welstra and heroes

Needs to wait for more support in the set. Like hell they would make Mael THAT weak. He will never reach Flagburg level, but he shouldn't be this weak.

Love you guys but I'm about 90% sure Filip actually cheated in 3rd game unintentionally maybe but he dropped the grade 3 from deck not from his hand and got both the grade 2 and 3 first turn plus a grade 3 to the drop

Since I only saw 1 translation that said it gives power for each other order while 2 other translations had it as each order. This can be significant as it means the order can give a power boost a turn earlier and has a higher ceiling for power.

Maelstrom D gamplay feels well distributed, but it gives me this feeling that it doesn’t have a strong finisher, unlike flagburg
Fits with how Maelstrom has always been. He always needed Glory to be the finisher while his original was the grinder.

Mael seems so weak, yes it can dish out 5 attacks with easy, but they all at base power, so 1-2 def triggers and they stop dead

Util inlet can go to soul you have other cards to attack with, however if he saw wheel assault more he could swap inlet to the front to swing with

They should of at least went with the V Series Maelstrom to better differentiate them like they did with PBO.
