i dont like bees that much since my natural hair colour attracts them apparently, they are constantly around in the spring and summer
Night Rides on Lost Gravity, although difficult to come by, are incredible, the dnb soundtrack and laser light show with that coaster are mad.
Thats only during halloween though
@@jordigerards oh they don't do it during the summer late nights? That's a darn shame it's epic
I believe they will do some things during the winter opening though. The lightshow on lost gravity was more based on a walkthrough they had during halloween years ago called club roxy
It's so cool to see you visit Walibi Holland and especially riding Untamed. Annoyingly when I went they still had a virtual queue system (during Covid) so I only got two rides on Untamed. However, one of the ride ops overheard me talking about the backrow and so put me there, twice!
Just shows the generosity of the staff here.
@@CoasterDash also, kids that are too small for the coasters get to help with the operations!
The queue of Xpress is supposed to feel outdated, because it is a haunted abandoned metro station. You might have missed the jumpscare of a train suddenly flashing on with loud sounds. It only goes on once in a while, and you have to be lucky (or unlucky) to pass by it while it goes off.
I don't know when he went but on my most recent visit (August 1st) the train wasn't working for the entire day, so it might've been the same during his visit which would take away one of the best parts of the queue
One of the greatest queues ever!!! Epic, haunting, terrifying!!!
"Condor" is actually kind of a cool credit as it's the very first SLC ever built. Still an SLC tough.
Holland is the thrill park, Belgium is the theme park, and Rhone-Alps is the family park basically
This sums it up relatively well, though i’d still say Walibi Belgium is closer to amusement park than theme park.
Excellent pov of Untamed! I could feel the airtime through the screen lol. Hope I can get over to Europe soon and ride all these. Another great video!
Finally someone who achknowledges the strength of Goliath's helixes 😍 I've heard many say they don't do much, so I'm glad you felt the forces. I found their forces to be really solid and super sustained
I adore Untamed. It just keeps on giving, element after element. Lives up too its name. Amazing coaster. Goliath is fun too and Lost Gravity is such a punchy little coaster with a ton of airtime and an incredible soundtrack.
So nice to see someone from the USA visiting my home park
Edit: Untamed is my most ridden roller coaster.
And seeing the footage is like being home.
From Canada, had to get to WH while on a grand euro coaster tour
I took my little brother to Walibi for his bday after he finally dared to get on an "adult" roller coaster. We started the day with Untamed, thinking it would be an easy wooden coaster (like Robin Hood) and BOY were we wrong. My brother started yelling and screaming as soon as we went down and I was just laughing my ass off along the way, it was brilliant.
ps. Goliath is my favourite Dutch coaster but it hasn't felt the same ever since they changed the obnoxious green track color to this fancy blue one
when I read another comment about Untamed’s airtime coming through the screen I was like “haha that’s funny” and continued watching

Untamed is incredible, that inversion after the drop is epic, the coaster flies, the inversions that follow are combined with headchoppers leave you breathless
Untamed is honestly one of the best coaster names I have ever heard

It's so nice seeing Marc being completely blown away by coasters that are basically in my backyard.

Condor is the prototype Vekoma SLC. Done quite some of em tough this one is one of the roughest. The vest restraints are better then the ones they had in the trains before(with earpads). We always called it the headbanger, or the migraine machine as your head was banging to those pads all the way to the end of the ride. Assured headache...
I really like this park and Untamed is just redicilous, I like it even more than Zadra, caus it has so much great airtime, just insane🔥🙌🏼
I loved the last cut from the castle to the Untamed station. It took a minute and I actually said. Wait, there's an RMC at a castle? Lol
How is the Theming of Xpress outdated?
The re-theme happened less than 8 years ago.

Actually, the theming on Xpress was added waaay after Walibi was a Six Flags park. It ceased to be a Six Flags park in 2004, while Xpress got its current theming in 2013. It used to be called Superman: the Ride. So, it is almost ten years old, which is why it may feel outdated, but it's not because it was made by Six Flags.

It Was Completely Blank Since Opening Until Late 2021 When They Decided To Add Theming

The unique element on untamed is called a 270 degrees double inverting corner stall
3:00 speed of sound was the first rollercoaster i rode when i was in Walibi for the first time(im in the Netherlands and i've been there multiple times) and i to this day still love it. the last time i was there was in 2019's summer when in the mid region the summer vacation was still on but in other parts of the country it wasnt(Netherlands has region based vacation times, for schools) and i think in like the last 30 hour of opening time we went only from Goliath was insanely fun to come to an almost empty alone and wait one ride. Mostly when i go to attraction/theme parcs i go full days or almost full days because then i get the best experience(and i havent been to insanely big parcs like Disneyland or comparable and mostly in the Netherlands)
Also, Walibi Holland is gonna get a RMC Raptor in 2024. They will have 2 RMC's then! So you gotta go back some day :)

fun fact when sixflags build xpress platform 13. it was called xpress supperman the ride and it had no themingthe track was blue and red it had a open que line, in 2013 the renovated it into platform 13 and themed it into a haunted train station
I'm not on the Untamed hype train, I'll take Troy any day, but I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Untamed is ab-so-lutely awesome imho. Tried it yesterday. Had to do it twice. Great ride. Much smoother than I'd expected to be honest.
Steps to know if a roller coaster has good airtime. Step 1, make sure someone sits infront of you with a hoodie or has long hair. Step 2, watch the POV and see if they're hair/hoodie goes up and down.
The entire time they're on a coaster "WOAHHHHHHHH"
express platform 13 is a clone of rock n roller coaster just outdoors
It's my number one coaster by far but it is still the only RMC I have had the pleasure of riding. I'm off to Poland in September so maybe that will change.

Goliath used to be green when it was still Six Flags. they repainted it. the cars where different as well
When there's one park of my 22 wisited parks i feel the urge to revisit it's Walibi Holland (Sadly im living 8hr away and i dont think im going there only to revisit a park)

You can really tell when Goliath was built. It looks like a mini Millennium Force with the Ride of Steel Helixes. Would love to ride this someday.

it was build when it was still called Six Flags. you can even play this park in Rollercoaster Tycoon 2. with all the other Six Flags parks.

Why are European theme park employee's better? Because they are actually paid enough to afford to live and raise a family instead of a starvation $7.25 hr minimum wage.
I find the left side of Lost Gravity makes more of a difference than the row.

@@cxllen9314 No, she ruined the park. I have seen what Leisure expert group has designed for Walibi Holland. She just cheap graffitti everything, while the park could have been one of the best themed parks in The Netherlands.

Untamed is highly overrated after all the stories I heard, it was really disappointing, what everyone likes about it I don't know
