    Yes, everybody talks about what to do when the coffee is too acidic or too bitter. But I still don't know the difference in taste between sour and bitter, and how to recognize it properly, outside of just difference in taste of the bean etc. Where in the mouth would you experience the taste//reaction? What feel? What does it compare to? Apparently nobody knows because nobody can define it, but everyone knows what to do when the coffee is sour or bitter - we just don't know when it IS sour or bitter 😝

    Very helpful, thanks! The altitude part was helpful - I’m new to espresso & trying to dial in a single origin light roast. It keeps tasting very acidic, so sounds like it’s the beans

    Light roast coffee fucking sucks. I don’t know how people drink that shit. Light roast has the acidic crap.
