Well they were not in contact and were divorcing,was out of country and by court order can only meet his son once a week on Sunday..so he has nothing to do n say because they were separated from almost 2 years plus and mother has primary custody

She has not denied killing her child, infact all the news reports and police updates say that she has remorse and tried to take her own life after killing her son. The blood stains were of her blood and not her son's. She did not want to lose her son's custody.

Divorce meant to be there when there is no mutual understanding between the couple , so divorce was not his father's fault exact direct though and in that Mother got custody of that child but Father was also attached to that child and was depressed with separation from his child and somehow Gaines permission from court to meet his child . But that women did not like anything who could ever make her ex husband happy and in order to not let him being happy , she killed their child.
