We already have too much investment money chasing too few investments domestically causing asset bubbles in almost every asset class. In other words, the excess money in the domestic money supply is going into the asset markets and not creating inflationary pressure that it would if it flowed directly into the domestic economy. The benefit of being the world currency is that excess dollars also flow out of the domestic money supply and into the world supply of dollars which is domestically deflationary. The BRICS story is all about restricting the flow of excess dollars out of the domestic money supply by reducing demand for dollars outside the USA until the direction reverses. When the flow of dollars starts coming back into the domestic money supply the question becomes where will it go? The asset classes are already overvalued. Two avenues of deflationary flow will be cut off simultaneously. The question then becomes how fast and efficiently can the FED remove dollars from the domestic money supply to avoid the inflationary pressures caused from a new source of dollars re-entering the domestic supply from overseas? I don't think the FED has the tools to monitor or handle this condition efficiently or in a timely manner which will lead to higher and more frequent inflation going forward.
Milton Friedman famously said: “Inflation is always and everywhere a monetary phenomenon, in the sense that it is and can be produced only by a more rapid increase in the quantity of money than in output.” How rapidly will already printed money currently off shore return to the domestic money supply? Faster than output? Time will tell.

The only reason Saudi Arabia needs protection from the US is because of the US since the US is the one that is causing all of the wars in the world, especially in the Middle East where Saudi Arabia is located! But once China and Russia can protect other countries from the US’s bullying and invasions Saudi Arabia has no need for the US’s “protection” since the threats posed by the US on Saudi Arabia would be neutralized by China and Russia; therefore, there is no way Saudi Arabia would ever play this game that was set up by the US again, which means Saudi Arabia would refuse to accept the US’s worthless currency for trades, which means it would be the end of the US dollar as the global currency and hegemon, which means no more free lunches for the US empire, which means it would be the death of the wicked empire, but that could be good news for the American people since once all of those things happen they could kick out those shady neocon politicians out of office and replace them with government officials that actually care for them and would actually work for them instead of working only for the rich billionaires! Maybe then the American people would finally get the revolution that they have been longing for for a very long time!
