both my receiver and the collar are fully charged, and both show up green when charging, but my collar just wont turn on or connect? does this mean its broken? its green when charging but it just will not connect to my remote (they were paired previously)

Mine just started having the same issue, both units will fully charge, but the collar won’t turn on when I tap the two red circles together. It has worked fine for the past 5+ years or so.

I have an ET-300 Series transmitter and a 400 series collar. Is it possible to pair these? I can get the fast blinking green light but hit the red and black button and nothing happens.

Does this only work by stimulating both receivers at the same time? Is there a way to control one collar? What if i want one dog to feel it but not the other dog? Both are going off at the same time when I pair it which isn’t what I want. Hope that makes sense.

This clip is used to have two receivers on one, single dog. It ensures more consistent stim in cases where the posture of the dog might cause poor contact or with long-haired dogs. I don’t know if the mini educator will work for two digs, but the EZ-900 I have will work with two dogs like you are asking about.

I’m trying to pair my 300 remote to a 1200 collar but there isn’t a red dot on my 1200 collar. Just an on/off button. How do I sync the 300 remote to the 1200 collar?
