i do wanna say that there is more to sams story, you need to go to the area before the bridge to find a spy pengling place near phi robotics to get a antidote and then you give the antidote to a robot thing which injects it into the frozen leviathan, which is the end of sams story, marguerits story ended after you see her at her final base, and she gives you some data about sam, of course these are optional, but marguerit gives you good food at the end, which makes her story useful. I think doing the 2 stories also gives you steam achievements but noone cares about those right? any% speedruns ignore delta island altogether i think, i dont watch them but you dont need anything to do with marguerit, you might but its unlikely
