This isn’t pop or trance. It’s hard groove… but yes they will be viewed as the pinnacle for this modern adaptation of what already is a timeless sub genre in hard groove. Certainly will shift the next wave and how great is it to have percussion back in techno. Shoutout Beau Didier and Isaiah by the time this wave is over I can see them sitting comfortably behind these two for hard groove honours

I am 38 now, and I was young when the so called "golden era" of techno was ruling, 1997-2004, with the big stars like Mills, Beyer, Carola, Technasia, Sims, Oxia. The quality of techno was high, the bpm was between 135-140, and the vibe was amazing. Now after 20 years, on these guys and their music I feel something very similar, exactly this is what real techno should be about!

5 CDJ’s and 2 XONE’s, my fucking god. These guys are the real deal. The way they align all the stuff they do while mixing is really impressive, I’d be tempted to say that mixing-wise they might be among the best out there currently. Big up the Funk.

Iv been listening to Techno music since I was 12 years old I’m now 40, I haven’t heard anything as this good in a long long time, this is absolutely mind blowing hardgroove Techno!! Wizardry! Funk Assault are something special
I grew up going to techno clubs in the 90's 2000's in the uk. The Orbit morley leeds was our local, seen most of the techno legends there. These guys are totally on it reminds me of those good old days PURE TECHNO HEAVEN 👌🏻😍

This is just mad. I scrolled through the set quickly few hours ago, said meh. Few hours again listening and watching it 3 rd time on repeat and still cant quite realize how brilliant it is. No words to describe how good both of you are individually, but together... Out of this world is as close as I can get. Thanks for the ride guys

its called rythm :D but i get what you mean they are vibin but technically speaking its just an inner clock thats ticking, thats exactly how bands with multimple insturments can jam something together and for the listener it sounds like they planned it all

Thank god this was recorded! I was there and the acoustics were terrible, a wall of bass and little else. These guys are back at the same venue but playing all night in January. Got my ticket - guess I'll just have to stand much closer to the speaker this time...

Oh really? I went to 9x9 all night long in Elementenstraat recently and while it was not as clear as something like De School or Radion's upstairs I thought the sound clarity was pretty good, I was near the front arrays pretty often though
