- Guided Meditation Session as part of Week 3 of Meditate Upstate's Lunch & Learn Series (Fall/Winter 2021) - This 24 minute guided meditation session consists of techniques and methods intended to assist the practitioner in reaching the state of thoughtless awareness. Simple tips are given to help guide the attention to the silent space between the thoughts, to reach the present moment. Simple gestures and affirmations are incorporated into this guided meditation session to help the practitioner reach thoughtless awareness and bring the attention beyond the physical and mental state of perception.
