Well..tbh with you if you know how to modify the game or add in stuff than you can add almost everything inside the game and thats the main reason i love modders they are making Gta 5 fun to play lol.

If you can make a king ghidora mod. And if you do try and make it so you can use mothra and rodan as models. Rodan can use flames as the beam and mothra can use the king ghidora one but white.

in rdr2 we can scale peds size, problem is that we don't have tools for custom models yet
