He's capable of lifting and throwing other titans who are much heavier than he is. He's also a fast swimmer for his shear size, reaching speeds up to over 60 knots at full speed. This makes him far faster than the IJN Shimakaze, who she's considered to be the fastest destroyer-class warship in the world during WW2, which she travels at 40.9 knots at full speed. Not just he's a fast swimmer, he's also a fast runner. During the battle at Boston, Godzilla ran at 200 mph at full speed when charging at Ghidorah and colliding with him. Godzilla is also a tanky titan. He has withstand a meteor clashing into him, which caused the Permian-Triassic extinction event, has survived detonations of thermonuclear bombs, being bombarded by military weapons, and even survived from falling from the sky when dropped by Ghidorah, though nearly died from it. Since he's bio-atomic, he can absorb radiation to make himself more powerful. Godzilla also has a Nulcear Pulse, which is used when went into Atomic-Meltdown state in order to defeat Ghidorah, and to defeat a distracted MUTO Prime while his dorsal plates have been shattered. Godzilla is, of course, a physical powerhouse. Being able to hurl Ghidorah into a building, who weighs 141,056 metric tons, with ease. He used his tail to instantly kill the winged male MUTO, used it to slam into one of Ghidorah's leg, and used it to smack Kong off the ground. Not to mention he has teeth and claws; both are dangerously deadly. And the primary weapon of all: The Atomic Breath. In 2014, it was a beam of radioactive energy that pushes and burns the opponent. This is due to the MUTO's EMP being able to cancel-out Godzilla's nuclear energy, weakening him. In 2019, his atomic breath has improved and seemly powerful. In 2021, the atomic breath improved even further and gotten even more powerful than previously. Not just it looks powerful, it IS powerful. His atomic breath has an energy yield of 3.15 x 10^14 joules (315 terajoules), which is an equivalent of 75.3 kilotons of TNT, with a minimum temperature of 20,000 degrees Celsius. Godzilla doesn't just use the atomic breath to burn titans and destroy things, but also can be used to drill a hole into the Hollow Earth.
The Mode is incredible, I love it, I just wish in GTA you could cause more damage to the city. Such as destroying buildings, and not just vehicles, and aircrafts, and people.
