thank you for your help, for some reason the wiki lied to me and said that rosa lives in the sprout mole COLONY, not the sprout mole village, thanks for your help i wouldn't be able to figure it out myself

I spent about thirty minutes looking for her because of that, i gave up, when i came back i saw her standing there.
So i did the mission, returned the save and recorded it. :3
