I'd also passen through many symptoms of menopause during covid lockdown. Life was standstill. Right now menopause is set. But since past two months I'm having hypertension. But still I'm not able to go for walks regularly. Energy levwls are low. Trying to jeep check on protein intake. I'd come across your handle a few months ago and it's quite inspiring. Hope some day even I can follow the gym regularly. I'm trying. Home exercises I've started since last year but something or the other comes up and the cycle gets break. 😮
That is the most important step. Ensuring consistency. Find a walk partner. Gappon mein time ka pata hi nahi chalta plus it sometimes gets difficult to refuse a friend when they ask you to come along.

I am impressed with Dr.Ashu. strongly believe. You have to train ur body to push your limits and body does it. I started strength training at 53. Its 5 months m going great. First i used 2.5 kg dumbbells now 5 kg is lighter for me.

Yahan mere vichaar thoda alag hain. Yoga gym ke saath ek achha combination hai par strength training ka alternative nahi. Uska koyi alternative hai hi nahi. Agar body weight exercises kar pao to ghar par hi ho sakti hai strength training. kahin jaane ki zaroorat hi nahi.
