I mean she throws a bed onto the enemy. Thats one Reason.
She is extremely niche. But she works well with Himiko + Defense buffer especially against Beasts and Humanoids. With Himiko... she crits consistently and does Super Orion levels of damage. Of course I don't farm with her. But during difficult encounters with Humanoids I tend to pick Himiko, Osakabehime with her. I don't have Tamamo but if I did I think I'd use her and Himiko with Nightengale also. It would be less damage but dam could you spam their skills. Which is why if they do give out SSR ticket. I'm picking up Tomamo. Oh yeah btw the CE i use on her is Before Awakening which gives +10% to Def/art/buster/quick with pure attack for stats. Becasue it's very important to get her Def up and it also gives her lots of damage.
I use that CE with 3 evades
It's not a question of "should you roll" but of "does she deserve it" and the answer is yes
I got her on single rolls on her banner during the first santa nightingale event and her animations are tier 0 when she throws the hospital bed at enemies.
Last time I used her was this past Christmas NA, with that Dioscuri CQ. Orion, Nightingale, and Merlin, easy. I have basically never used Archer Night outside of her event, as I have never found a need for her skills.

BUT,she is extremely useful when you are facing an aoe enemy with pierce invencible, you can use her np,along with mash defense up,an you will tank prettdamn well that turn
I am saving up for mothman, koyanskaya and the her majesty the queen herself morgan la fey

I got spooked by her when rolling for Caren I'm still so mad about that...
I use nightingale as a buster support for CQs. That's cos after 400 sq I still can't get a merlin. So I'd say not really? I wish she did more than just get power crept by merlin and other buster supports. But hey if she looks good for you then go ahead.
PS: I really like her card animations, so there's that.
She may not be game breakingly good but she and a friend tomamo did carry me for demon pillars
Honestly I just want that Redrop CE. But I don't think I'm getting another chance at that. Personally I think her second skill can have a party wide attack and defense up that stack with the humanoid buffs she already gets.
The only thing u need is the Anti male Def buff CE and she will be able to even made a Solo with the proper level and skills
