Small suggestion on storing the snow globes. Try to store them where it’s climate controlled. I had a couple freeze and bust in my storage building.
That's a good call. Thankfully, we're getting into warmer weather but we'll have to move the ones we still have in the winter for sure.
if the handles on the pots were wood you should just oil them to bring back the color
We might look into that. They definetly are faded compared to past identical units we've sole.
@@propickerYeah, just some mineral oil is good for kitchen based items to give them back some shine and seal them.

I love the snow globes but would have been a bit leery without the boxes and styrofoam. Even though I’ve shipped everything from tv’s to 4’ tall ninja turtles. I may be getting lazy in my old age. Great picking guys!

Hello - Love watching your videos. How long does it take to sell things after you bought them?
I'm glad you enjoy the videos! The goal is 3 months, but realistically we turn over our full inventory once per year. So, if we have 4000 items listed we sell about 4000 items. This is because we mix longer tail items into our inventory.
You guys have an incredible knowledge of almost everything!
Do you check comps while thrifting or garage sales? or do you just know what you want?

I do check comps sometimes. Other times, I just grab something since I know it will be good.

Were you involved in the eBay glitch debacle about FedEx and UPS when you were shipping golf clubs and the overcharging they did it was ridiculous. Just curious.
Fortunately I think we avoided that completely.
How much do you sell your snow globes for?
Each one typically goes for a different amount. We pull sold listings on ebay to see what the market price is and price accordingly. We will run sales and accept offers as well.
I don't see you picking the newest trend of vintage linen and vintage costume jewelry.
I'll buy vintage linen when it's the right stuff, especially sealed. When it comes to jewelry of any kind that stuff is usually crowded around at every sale I do to, plus it's an area I really need to learn more about.

honestly how do you ship somthing that fragile ? I bought almost the same kind of disney figures. No original packaging so shipping will be impossible.
Lots and lots of bubble wrap. We sold a couple and we'll probably post packaging at least one of them on the second channel.
@@propicker Even with bubble wrap I the shock of it being tossed around would put all the pressure on a small piece that is not connected.
