45k not bad for a furnished higher floor appartment in a brand new tower
dumping k pass hai karke
Loved watching this couple, very sensible and grounded. All the very best to them for a beautiful future ahead👍🏻👍🏻
A great deal at 45k and a sorted couple. Complement each other.
Lovely couple. God bless the couple 👌
The apartment was quite decent. I find it interesting when someone moves to Mumbai for opportunities, instead of being thankful for the opportunities and experiences the city affords, complains about the drawbacks of the city. Also, there are parts of Thane that are more well connected and allow for better living than some parts of Mumbai suburbs. lol -- these guys were tolerating occasional smells from a dumping ground but were critical of other cities. I guess to each their own. Overall, a good episode.
Lovely couple...good episode!
What part of appartment gets used the most ?
The Mini Bar 😂😂
Beautiful home 🤩
Nice episode!
This was refreshing!
nice couple, they have their priorities sorted
If i am correct we can keep liquor in very small qty. For an adult 9 ltrs per person.
Nice Apartment and great story 🎉
Why these guys are staying at mulund when one has to go to parel for work and other to vashi. They r highlighting the view as usp for this place and for that matter vashi is much better place and economical too. Its better they shift to vashi so that atleat the lady does not have to change 2 trains as she herself told. Dont understand the logic of their staying at mulund
Mulund has direct buses to Vashi via airoli bridge....Travelling from Vashi to Parel is bit hectic...
Somewhere i feel if both partners are working one should try to live closer to atleast one person’s workplace, if possible
I have lived in vashi and have traveled to Parel for work....trust me its a nightmare..switching at Kurla is horrible.and harbour line is more densely crowded at peak hours as there is no separation of fast & slow...train frequency is also less....plus Vashi station is on the edge..its take alot of time to reach the station itself during peak hours...and there are no new tall buildings currently in Vashi ..all new projects are under construction. From Mulund you can get a direct slow train to Parel avoiding all the heavy fast train crowd of central ends and for her switching at Thane is better than switching at Kurla...and she herself mentioned that its no big deal...she is an HR so her work-life balance must be better and can manage a bit of more travel specially when all her other preferences are met here.
View ke liye garmi me rehne ready hai stink bare karne ready hai. Aur terrace me Vishal was like ye dikhana tha. Kuch bhi mtlb. Chopa ho gaya
@@Mrmaert haha yes. Best part. Host was not impressed at all. And who climbs that much on a daily basis to have that view. I guess we would have those view even from panvel
Nice and Cozy house and love the flooring the flat has...
Amazing view, beautiful home!
So many HRs on this show 😅
underrated series!
Why can’t they provide a balcony in such high rises? 750sqft carpet is pretty decent for a 2bhk by Mumbai standards
The total wooden furniture is classy, i am surprised that this fact has not been emphasized.
That maid story did put a smile on my face, good one.
Great apartment 😍😍
I toh will say buy that apartment it looks awesome both from inside and outside
Back to Mumbai
Is there no dumping ground stinging smell complementary with the view !
Mumbai is❤
Green
The view 🥱
Nice young couple with lots of booze and tempting appetizers. I bet they host a great party. This apartment is really cool: new construction, clean, spectacular view.
Good health
mulund is not in mumbai
That view in Mulund East will be destroyed once SRA buildings for Dharavi will be constructed.
Well, this couple moved to Mumbai for a job which they prioritized over food and climate, if you want to cry and have Saoji and dry weather, please go back to Nagpur.

I love this show except the intro he makes. I dont understand why he shouts the place name twice. every other part of the video is realxed and easygoing and the intro doesnt just suits it.
I believe that is required, since he is providing 'Location Specific' information in a particular city. And the show covers a few other cities as well, not just Mumbai. So, I guess the intro is apt and makes sense!
That's not shouting for sure, Intro is perfect as well.
Charm of mumbai...traffic, small homes, very expensive, pollution
Motkiii gajab hai 😅
Tabhi uthaya usne 😅
Motkii matlab?
Fresh house… new building…want to try before marriage…upper floors…new building obsession… spending so much on rent without parents or kids…typical tier 2 wannabe syndrome and here we are born and brought up Delhi-Mumbai family, happy in any building 😂😂
Powai is less crowded… madam has no idea about Mumbai 😅
Slowly this show is changing to an actual tenant show to a Instagram show
After reaching to terrace, ye dikhane laye the terrace me. Kya hi bakwas dikha rahe ho😂
