Congrats on your acceptance! I last worked at WDW in 2017 but IIRC MK Halloween party shifts were considered untrained at the time and anyone could pick them up, first come first served thing and they tended to be grabbed pretty quickly for obvious reasons 😅 (or it might’ve been basic food service training needed, but you should be fine there). I wasn’t guest facing at all in my first two roles and picked them up fairly often, to hand out candy😊 or do general parade/crowd control, as well as serve cookies and hot chocolate for the Christmas parties

Yes! So once you get through and you choose your housing options. You have the option to “link” with someone. So if you both put ‘mixed’ as your option for housing and then link, you stand a good chance of getting each other but it’s not guaranteed!
