The final scene with Matt & Fisk is often considered one of the greatest moments in any comic book movie/show… and I really gotta agree
Season 3 the best season. Especially with this finale. Charlie Cox, what a performance.
Nadeem was a real one, such a great character arc.
Absolutely! I disliked him at the start, figured he was in the story as an example of how Fisk corrupts, then he was brave and almost “won”, and then I’m yelling at the screen because he got Bullseye’d.

The tragic irony of Agent Nadeem. He tried so hard to provide for his family. He didnt care what he did as long as he could get his family everything they wanted. His son pleaded with him to get a pool in their backyard.
And to save his family, Nadeem gave them a pool. A pool of his own blood.

Same. It's hard to rank because they were all magnificent.
Season 3’s my favorite as well but I was surprised to learn that it was a lot of people’s least favorite.
It is the most different out of the three, but I love seeing Matt rebuild himself after being so broken and all the religious elements even though I’m not a Catholic. It’s really open to everyone.
@@dibsdibs3495It’s my least favorite because the first few episodes are a bit slow until it hits episode 6, the cinematography has a different style compared to the first two seasons, and the choreography is the worst of the 3. Still a great season, but my least favorite of the bunch.
@@arc4859 yeah I mentioned something about the cinematography in my original comment but edited that out because I honestly liked it and only ever heard one person complain about it before you. I think it might’ve been Hi Topp iirc. It’s got its artsy shots here and there like the first two seasons did but it is sorta shot a bit more like an action movie. I love the religious aspects of the show so much though and Dex, Fisk, and Nadeem having their issues and interactions were my favorite.
Also in my book, as long as there’s a good uncut hallway fight then it’s a good season of daredevil.
@@dibsdibs3495 Yeah I agree with Hitop. It still has nice shots, but I definitely preferred how it looked before.
Personal preference, but I’m a fan of a much stronger Daredevil like in season 2, rather than season 3 Daredevil who struggles to take out like 2 guys and loses to Dex every single fight they have. Even the one shot fight was him getting his ass beat most of the time. Granted he was drugged, but still, I prefer the stronger DD. Besides that, the choreography just isn’t as strong. You can see a lot of punches that clearly don’t land even though they were supposed to look like they did. The punches in general were also thrown a lot slower than in previous seasons. I’m happy season 3 is your favorite, but those reasons are just why it’s not mine.

There’s so many great lines in this season but for some reason “God’s plan is like a beautiful tapestry, and the tragedy of being human is that we only get to see it from the back” stuck with me the most. It was such a wholesome scene between Maggie and Matt.

He kills Elektra in the comics, etc…Bullseye has destroyed Matt so much emotionally. 1. Fisk, 2. Bullseye, 3. The Hand, 4. Typhoid Mary, 5. Elektra, 6. Owl, 7. Purple Man, 8. And eight it’s between Mr Fear, Punisher, or Mysterio.

Yeah frank ain’t no villain. If he was he is number 1. Punisher is the best part of daredevil.
This show was easily the best MCU project, I loved every second of it. And for as great as the romantic chemistry between Wilson and Vanessa is, Vince and Charlie just have a boundless on screen dynamic of polar opposites, it's hard to imagine any other two people facing off against each other and just screaming like animals, pulling it off half as well.
Well I think you mean Netflix. The MCU Project born again is being filmed right now. We don't know how Disney will do it compared to the Netflix version even thought they will have some of the writers from Netflix for the show. However if you mean MCU project since it is canon I can understand then

@@DLites151 Nah, of the Defender's saga shows they just finished the real goat season, and that's Daredevil season 3. Punisher S1 is not better than Daredevil S1 and S3, or Jessica Jones S1. Daredevil has better acting, way better cinematography, writing, characters, antagonists, and way better choreography, and I can keep going. Of the defenders saga seasons ranked:
1. DD S3 9.5/10
2. DD S1 9.5/10

@@reynaldolorenzo8409 Yeah punisher is ridiculously overrated. Like its good but it just rehashes the exact same conflict in DD S2. DD S3 is the best season in the marvel netflix saga.
Daredevil Season 3 takes place before Thor Ragnarok and Born Again takes place almost a decade later in the MCU timeline.

Fun Fact: The man operating on Bullseye at the end is from the comics. In them, after Daredevil does something similer that ends with Bullseye being paralyzed, they replace his spine with Adamantium, which basically means Bullseye can never be hurt that way again.
This could be an interesting way to introduce Adamantium into the MCU
I dont know if you have mentioned it yet but the Netflix shows have been 100% confirmed canon. Fisk's storyline also continues in Echo,which i hope you've been watching. Without spoiling, multiple DD actors (wont say who) have been confirmed for Born Again as well.

@24:49 this is Charlie’s best performance as the man without fear, so much so that his voice actors needed to be on par with him.
Now that you’re finally nearing the end of Marvel Netflix, does this mean you’ll finally check out Agents of SHIELD? Our agents paved the road for Daredevil, WandaVision, and so on. They deserve the same amount of courtesy and investment if not more.

Next show you guys gotta watch now is The Punisher!! Season 1 is very good. Great action, story, dialogue, and Jon Brenthal is still amazing as Frank Castle. Season 2 is not as good as season 1 but it still gives you stuff to be invested in. Hopefully y’all get to watch it soon!!

With this now being canon in the MCU, I am VERY curious to see how exactly they’re gonna tackle Fisk…accomplishing his new goal after all he got exposed for. Well, I guess he’d probably do his Fisk thing with the money and the influence and the threats
They already have continued Fisk's story in the MCU, like in the show Hawkeye & Echo.
Also, I think I read somewhere, that Fisk used the chaos & confusion of the snap to get out of prison & become even more powerful than he was before.
This is demonstrated when Echo gets arrested, but Fisk walks right up to a cop, puts his hand on the cops shoulder, & the cop then immediately with no additional dialog, lets Echo go.

Well now Fisk's goal is to become a mayor. And he will send all corrupt cops to eliminate all street level characters such as Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, Luke Cage, The Punisher, Spider-Man, Moon Knight, Echo and Elektra (Not sure if she still alive or not).
Bullseye is returning in Daredevil Born Again, so you guys should be excited.
This finale..is far and away the best ending of any of the marvel series.

Kingpin started out as a Spider-Man villain, in 1979, Frank Miller took over the writing on Daredevil and made the Kingpin and Bullseye major characters. The basis for their portrayal in this series. Daredevil actually let Bullseye fall which causes his spine injury, because he killed Karen Page.
I'm still hoping that we'll see Daredevil, Kingpin and Spider-Man in Spider-Man 4.
The Kingpin in Daredevil is 1000% more dangerous than when he was Spider-Man's enemy. Spider-Man doesn't have the will to fight as viciously as Daredevil.@@HABO2210
And I am glad that with that run and with the years, Kingpin is more of a Daredevil villain because Spidey is just too OP, and it makes more sense for Daredevil.
@@HABO2210 Well, don't get your hopes too high because sadly, Spidey is suffering from Sony having the character rights, and they want to merge their shitty ass universe with Tom's Spidey, so it seems they are forcing the MCU to make the movie about the multiverse instead of street level and grounded with Spidey, Scorpion, or whatever other character they want to use.

I really wish that for the new season they would have had Bullseye alter his DD suit into his Bullseye suit. Shave the horns, pop out the lenses, give it a paint job. It’d look so cool and feel more thematic.
I mean, after the police arrive, i doubt they let Bullseye keep the suit.

Now that daredevil is canon (and a lot of set photos). I am really excited to see how they connect daredevil to the MCU. Also, nearly a DECADE later. It is also revealed that Karen and Foggy are coming back which makes me so happy 😊.
In the comic books bullseye back was broken and then his spine was replaced by adamantium what in the MCU elementary haven't been introduced yet up until the eternals movie which is where the celestial tiamat was turned into the stone by the eternal Sersi. Also you should know the adamantium metal come from a Stone from space. So the MCU is changing the origin of adamantium by saying the adamantium comes from the body Tiamat . So what did they put in replace of adamantium for the spine of bullseye.

At 5:22 Matt’s testing Nadine as in a lawyer prospective and Matt’s a good lawyer so he’s able to crack Nadine really easy which gives him what to use in court against Fisk is lawyers.
Even though I didn’t like Echo, I hope you guys check it out. It’s only 5 episodes.

I still love that Ray went out shooting and then helped take down Fisk, even in death. Amazing character and performance.
CORRECTION, Daredevil actually let Bullseye fall, which causes his spine injury, because he killed Elektra, by cutting her throat with a playing card. In a later series, Bullseye killed Karen Page in a church. That scene was used to kill the priest in this series.

The amount of times I've told people that last fight between Matt and Fisk gives me chills. His pure intensity scream is phenomenal, everything He says and everything he's gone thru to beat Fisk this is a worthy finale

Karen Paige was able to pay for two apartments cause of the money she received from the Construction company she worked for in season 1. She got a fat check.
Plus, as Matt explained in season 1 when Karen first saw his appointment, his rent is severely discounted on account of the massive neon lights that shine directly into the large windows.

Nothing about the Disney series looks good…. Especially since season 3 of the Netflix show is the story of born again… so to call the D+ series born again is a disappointment. The actor interviews about their recent performances as their Netflix characters is not imbuing any confidence.
That moment between Matt and Fisk is one of the most satisfying and emotionally gratifying moments I've ever seen in a TV show.
That cry of "I BEAT YOU!" fills me with fire every single time.
If Born Again is even half as good as the Netflix show, I'll be happy.
Season 3 proves Stick was wrong. He calls attachments “distractions,” and Matt was at his worst when he was alone, to the point where he was okay with the idea of killing Fisk.
Dude i think daredevil born again is gonna kick start with Venessa dying somehow and then Matt's gonna lose his leverage against fisk which would pave the way for fisk to become a Mayor. Also there has already been rumours that Venessa is not returning to the show, so that kinda backs my point but we'll see.

Vanessa is in the new Daredevil show. A new actress will play Vanessa. I think Vanessa blipped so Matt had no leverage against him.

Bullseye is confirmed for Daredevil: Born Again. I really hope that the rumors are not true (possible spoilers from now on) and Bullseye doesn´t kill Karen and/or Foggy.
It’s insane how big of a gap there is in quality between how great Netflix’s Daredevil is and then every MCU Disney+ show.
Charlie Cox nailed this episode. My favorite character in the MCU by a mile. I'm hoping they don't mess it up with Born Again. I was worried at first, but it seems like the new writers are correcting alot of the early wrongs.
All the netflix marvel shows were cancelled because marvel overhauled their television department. Originally marvel studios was in charge of movies and marvel television was in charge of tv shows, but marvel television was liquidated when disney+ was introduced. Then marvel studios took over the tv side and started doing the disney+ mcu shows on their own new streaming platform instead of a competitor's (netflix). The shows being cancelled didn't have to do with the shows themselves.
They had already pitched and gotten the go ahead on daredevil season 4, which was supposed to be dealing with typhoid mary and the owl. Then bullseye was supposed to be back for season 5 along with maybe elektra.
And yeah, all these shows are officially mcu canon now and they were added to the mcu timeline on disney+ if you want to see where each season falls.
The first season of DDBA will basically kinda be like a season 4 of this as most characters will be back including bullseye

During Bullseye’s surgery with the camera angle he is technically in the shape of an upside down cross
One thing that I saw someone comment a while ago is that Nadeem was Matt seeing his father as an adult. Think about how both Nadeem and Jack were good man, corrupted to protect their family and killed once they decided to do the right thing again

What annoys me is that Fisk is back out in the hawkeye series, so for this to be cannon Fisk must have gotten out? So how did that happen and what happens then with Daredevil?
that was a glock that was empty when he threw it at that fbi lady right? unlikely if malfunctioned so it might have been a bad round
