Another thing I think happened as well is when jinx is talking to Silco's chair she couldn't hear him, meaning she couldn't hear the voices during that time because she killed off jinx for a while.
The foreshadowing for Warwick was crazy since the finally of the first season, I think. There was a shot of Singed in his facility with a pretty hairy man stuck to the ceiling. Poor Vander 🥲
even before that, there were quite a few foreshadowing. for those that play the games, they played Warwick's theme when Vander fight as a regular himan and as a shimmer beast, he's given dog like motifs and is referred as a dog a few times like people in episode 1 calling him "the hound of the underground", and silco calls him a dog, and in the last episode, when Jinx as going through that manic panic, we see Vander with a wolf outline
9:30 naw I would say this is pretty normal, it's like someone visiting a grave and having a conversation with someone who was important to them. But for Jinx it's Silco's chair the gravestone.
I love the idea of Lupa being an enforcer and people are like "Jinx has changed" and he's like "Oh, really? That's splendid, now just put your hands behind your back here and we'll take you to your party to celebrate your new outlook on life" But for real, though, I do love what they're doing with Jinx and I like how she's clearly a better person but it doesn't come across as forced or unearned. My favorite version of this was in the comments for Ashes and Blood (the song that ended s2e3): Vi: "This is the worst day of my life" Singed, cooking up Warwick: "The worst day of your life *so far*"
Powder always wanted what Vi and Vander had; the respect and trust of the people they cared about. Everyone looked to Vander and Vi for guidance and help when Powder was younger, but Powder was always someone to be protected at best, a pest at worst. Nobody ever counted on her or trusted or relied on her. Even Silco essentially gave her permission to be 'a Jinx' and mess up his plans, he never really counted on her to take responsibility basically EVER; he just wanted her to be a wild thing, and she was happy to do so. But it never filled that gaping hole of need; to be someone reliable, to not be a Jinx. In the last arc (S2 Ep1/2/3) we pretty much see Jinx give up, it's nothing but one elongated suicide note. She's accepted she's 'Jinx', but she also can't bear being a jinx, so she just wants it to end. And now... suddenly and with no fanfare, she has everything she ever wanted without even trying. She's a role model to Isha, a symbol of revolution to all of Zaun. Even Sevika sees her potential and is counting on her to save the underground. She's trusted, she's respected: people's hero. And it scares her silly. Because it all looks good from the outside, but when people rely on you so completely you don't get to run away from the responsibility. Once you take that on, that's who you are. If Jinx lets Isha die, she will never recover even more than when she killed Vander or Silco, because Isha trusts Jinx COMPLETELY. She's put all her faith in her, and Jinx genuinely wants to live up to that. I think this goes a long way to explaining the change in her attitude. It's not that her trauma is being healed, even if it is a little. It's far more that she's actually being allowed to grow up. We all have at least one moment as we turn from children to adults where we finally realize the weight out parents had been carrying for us all this time, and eventually we often have to bear that same weight or something like it. We move from children absent of responsibility to adults to bear the burden for others: it's really the only difference between a child and an adult. Jinx is finally being forced to grow up, and suddenly her manic fits aren't fun anymore, because they could seriously get someone she's responsible for hurt. She actually has to deal with it, because the alternative of letting Isha down is too horrifying to consider. More than that, she's finally realizing she wasn't fair to Vi or to Vander, that she never really understood the burdens that came with her idolization of them. This is my favorite version of Jinx, and it's going to break my heart.
Warwick has finally arrived and he sure made one hell of an introduction. That fight between him and Jinx was crazy, she's lucky she had that shimmer mixed in her blood.
Just like how Silco's "vision" of Zaun got clouded as time went on (symbolized by his iris getting messier), Jinx's defiant spirit is gone (as symbolized by her missing middle finger), she can't even do the one-liners as well anymore.

Again, sheera catching the honesty in ambessas words about forgiveness. She should have given up the feud but welp. You guys make these even better! Worth the wait!
He was actually pretty spectacular because he single handedly eshered in a wave of fantastic champion reworks. Warwick always had a movement speed boost when moving towards low HP targets, a lot of health regen and a crazy leaping ultimate where he tears apart his opponent. However on release, his ultimate teleported him instantly to his target and his kit was somewhat... basic. It certainly wasn't all that intimidating and didn't match the character's aesethetic at all. Then along comes one of the best reworks of all time. Whilst before Warwick had to activate an ability to sense low health champions, but now it's a permanent passive. He can't see them, but instead sees a trail of red blood leading in their direction, and as long as he's on the trail his entire movment cycle is changed, massively increasing his movement speed towards them and attack speed against them. But by far the best change to Warwick was his ultimate. The move was buffed like crazy in terms of it's damage, it's duration and it's healing with a maissvely reduced cooldown with one negative added: It no longer teleports, it JUMPS. Warwick now jumps towards his target when he activates his ultimate, and the jump's distance is directly tied to Warwick's current movement speed. If Warwick is chasing a low health target and is built correctly, he can jump halfway between lanes to reach targets, making him INSANELY deadly from far beyond the vision of any champion. There's simply no worse feeling than losing a trade in lane and seeing your health go below 50%. Suddenly you're running for tower, because before you know it this demonic wolf from hell comes flying at you from outside your vision, locking you in place and devastating your health bar.
There's a small and exclusive club in Rune Terra of "Boogeymen." Creatures and entities which you don't want to mess with. Things that when they enter the city you put all your rivalries and plans on hold and either run for your life or fight for it. And Warwick is #2 on that list.
@hxwksatthedoor Fiddlesticks. He's one of the oldest entities in the lore, has been stalking every corner of Rune Terra for long enough to have campfire stories about him told in every major city, and he's so pervasive that even animals grow nervous when you say his name. Even if you manage to kill him, he'll just cobble together another body elsewhere and start emptying villages all over again. If a slapdash scarecrow appears somewhere in a field outside of town while no one was looking, that's the signal to run.
I love they details they put in for the characters and the abilities they use in game. One of warwick abilities is that scent trail he was following. Same thing with jinx's hextech upgrade for her gun. The art direction is insane in this show!
The music during the Warwick elevator pop out was absolutely perfect. Fun fact it was made by Misha Mansoor a legendary metal artist for Periphery and his own stuff.
If you look at the final shot of Singed in the first season, it was him ssiting in a chair with Vander's body hanging (it was almost blended in the background, hard to see), but it did tease that he was doing something to his body, and here it is.
So something i noticed is when all those people were placing their hand on jinx. Im pretty sure its due to them realizing jinx is still just a kid however in time she will fully grow to be the leader the under city needs
This is really good writing / storytelling. They are going deep with the main characters and the other characters that are in this that have supported stories. I was floored when I saw this.

So apparently Warwick has the ability to hunt whoever sustains damage in the game. It's cool how they incorporated it into this series.
The move was buffed like crazy in terms of it's damage, it's duration and it's healing with a maissvely reduced cooldown with one negative added:
It no longer teleports, it JUMPS.
I personally love how Jinx uses Shimmer in her blood to just hyper dodge and move like her game passive.
Finally a genuine reaction to the vandar reveal
so obvious other reactors knew that shit was coming thanks to spoilers lmao
Remember the Murk Wolf Singed was hunting in the outros of the first 3 episodes? He crossed Vander with THAT.
THEIR FACES WHEN THEY REALIZED THAT WAS VANDER, IM WHEEZINGG
Sheera: "WHERE'S VI?!"
Shaboozey: "Everybody at the club gettin tipsy"
🤣☠️😭☠️😭☠️🤣
18:47 "You still block with your face" I'm dead 😭😭😭
There's a small and exclusive club in Rune Terra of "Boogeymen." Creatures and entities which you don't want to mess with. Things that when they enter the city you put all your rivalries and plans on hold and either run for your life or fight for it.
And Warwick is #2 on that list.
@@ShockArcl1te who #1?
@hxwksatthedoor Fiddlesticks. He's one of the oldest entities in the lore, has been stalking every corner of Rune Terra for long enough to have campfire stories about him told in every major city, and he's so pervasive that even animals grow nervous when you say his name. Even if you manage to kill him, he'll just cobble together another body elsewhere and start emptying villages all over again. If a slapdash scarecrow appears somewhere in a field outside of town while no one was looking, that's the signal to run.
@@ShockArcl1te naaaah “fiddlesticks”? Ain’t no way “fiddlesticks” is THE guy
@@hxwksatthedoor fiddlesticks... end of men....
7:00 Ambressa literally stoking the flames of hate in Caitlyn. The manipulation is crazy
Vander is the most glorious Papa, he absolutely clapped an army and then saw his daughter and was like "nope... im good thanks, not killing this one"
*throws Isha*
“I don’t like that guy, he needs to die.” 😭
She heard voices her whole life, but the one that changed her the most was the one without a voice
This is really good writing / storytelling. They are going deep with the main characters and the other characters that are in this that have supported stories. I was floored when I saw this.
Sheep guy got the Lor-Zodd treatment from Young Justice
"Boy it sure is cool Sevika has that new arm, i can't wait to see what cool fight scenes she gets up t- AND ITS GONE!
Guard didn't care if that was male or female under the uniform. He was just into Shorties
the hand on the shoulder when he said "no he's not" LMFAOOOO
19:55 Lupa was so flabbergasted that he started prayin
4:14 yeah arresting roshi😂😂😂
"You mean duke?" That had me laughing.
This show is great at asking you, "You think you really know who this character is?"
The random squeeze was written in just to mess with the shippers lmao
One of the only moments in the series where being a LoL player actually hurts your experience of watching the show. The Vander/Warwick reveal is insane.
I did not notice this until the end because the reaction to everything is amazing. I think it's cool that Lupasan is rocking a Bluey t-shirt.
What's really cool is that vander being warwick was foreshadowed all the way back in episode 1 where the lady calls him the "hound of the underground"
Warwick is the first character I played in League and one of my favorites. I have been waiting for this episode since I heard his music in season 1 episode 3.
the way y'all caught it was Vander was so good. man i love you guys.
lmfao yall had me weak asf with the 18:45 - 18:50 edit xD
12:05 I hate how everyone misses that she fought off the voices for the first time. She's still in control.
Also it's important to realize Vander has been being "experimented" on for over seven fucking years at this point.
0:52 "jinx lost a finger in the middle of it." I see what u did there roshi....😂😂
Yep Vander nickname was the Hound of the Underground as the doctor took it literally and made him Warwick the werewolf
19:53 ngl, even though I played league and knew theories/foreshadows that warwick is Vander, when he said "Powder" my heart fuking sunk and tears shot out
