    I remember the stroller video. That was sad. There are many types of mindsets in the world.. some can never be changed, because they don’t want to.

    Like Kelly Starrett said sitting is the new smoking. My dad is a doctor he works out that's why i got into working out

      @@TheStrengthClassroom yup i admit I'm guilty of that from being a student or other misc. for sitting down. When I went to Italy last year with my family the Europeans are very active. I walked a lot after eating good food.

    Situation is alright in the Netherlands I think. It least in my circles. But yeah obesity rates are probably still going up and the generation of my parents isn't that fit. Feel like age 25 and younger is somewhat trying to raise the standard again.
