Great review again. Thanks for mentioning us Rob. By the way, the steering is functional too and the rear license plate holder can be lowered too, to reveal the battery loading plug.

10:10 they had to do that so the doors would open, in real life the windows also go down before opening the doors :)

Can that model be removed from the base without damaging it?
It can be removed, but it is a fully opening resin model so I would imagine quite delicate when unscrewed. So I have left it on the base to be safe. STUNNING model though

Forget all about the One:1... I thought you managed to open the doors further on the end of your review by downing the windows...
The hinges were just really stiff on my AA One:1 and had to be forced out fully to clear the front hood opening. Windows were fixed on the AA

Only their high end opening models, all others are sealed

Yes they do, I forgot to mention that in the video. And also the rear number plate flips down to reveal the charging port.

Because of the camera the color is similar to McLaren's orange
It's not the camera, it is actually the LED filming lights showing this color. It is a candy red, so under intense light, it does have a look of orange

1k € for 1:18 model car. Crazy. It's better to spend that amount on 3 classic Ferraris in 1:12 scale made by Top Marques.
I'm in Australia, so the VAT comes off the price for me. The price of this model depends on what country you live in I guess.
I'm in the UK and it'll cost £870! A little expensive for any collector really. The Agera RS WR Edition and matching engine model both in 1:18 is costing me £600... I'm not gonna eat next month!
I think I'll buy the Regera's to add to my 1:43 models at £60 each. Nearly £900 for the 1:18 is sadly too much for me

I will probably do that yes. I've found a man in the USA selling Autoart models at good prices. I got a fully opening 1/18 One:1, in Matt imperial blue, for £220 inc. shipping! And a signature edition Zonda R for £280 inc. shipping. Both brand new in box! Great value. He also advised I wait for the Autoart Regera....
