The next night Kanae went to the place where the dimension was, then she heard Sanemi's voice at the other side, she came to a dead end and its actually the men from yesterday who mimics his voice and Kanae became unconscious, she landed on a different dimension in hell, then she saw Tengen's wives, Makio asked that how did she get here, then Kanae started to hug her, then Makio feels her tears of blood and gives Kanae a hard punch and calls her a monster. Hinatsuru told Makio to stop, but she told her to stay away, when they sleep, Kanae began having visions about her flashbacks, Hinatsuru woke up and tries to wake her up, but Kanae began crying, then Hinatsuru finds a needle and peerces onto her neck and Kanae wakes up and coughs blood, they went outside and Kanae asks Hinatsuru why Makio punched her, she says that Makio punched because she think that Kanae is a demon because demons cry tears of blood.
