People of the plaintiff's age know that you purchase a used car without any written warranty at your own risk. It's an as is sale.Old cars break down. This guy bought a car for the price that I'd have to pay for a good set of tires for my vehicle.
@0:05 Dear Plaintiff have you never, ever in your whole life watched at least one episode of the People's Court?? You should know the drill, you walk thru those doors and head to the first podium on your right.
Even if the Plaintiff was not a People's Court viewer, he should still have done his homework and watched a couple of episodes beforehand. Plaintiff guilty of room temperature IQ 😅
As is.. is as is. But if the plaintiff hadn’t registered the car, he prob would’ve gotten his money back because defendant wouldn’t have had title to sell it to him since he was never the actual owner
Anyone who has glasses like the Defendant, means RUN in the opposite direction. People who wear Glasses like that SCREAMS, I can’t be trusted. The Glasses say, Flash, Bang, Boom.
These people are so dumb that they don't know or they don't want to know that when you buy something used there's no lemon law in a used car, and I unless they give you a warranty from the dealership
Oh my goodness, I LOVE the movie Goodfellas! I just watched it again (for probably the 20th time!) a few days ago. So strange that one of the actors from that movie was the defendant in this case.
I knew the plaintiff lost the case before it started lol. But the defendant is a liar. Not that it matters but he starts off calling the person he sold the car for "she". Then in the next sentence he says it was a man. Lol. I know pronouns have gotten a little complicated these days but I still think he's full of it.
Soooo once AGAIN another moran who failed to take a “used car” to a mechanic BEFORE he bought it!! Ugh!!, yet JM decided she would UNFAIRLY SCREAM at the Defendant!! Shame on her!!! Sorry “Judge”, but it’s NOT AGAINST THE LAW to let someone else handle selling your car!! She either already knew this OR she didn’t BOTHER to familiarize herself regarding “used car sales by a private party!!” (Either way, she also looks very bad cause she UNFAIRLY chewed out the DEFENDANT (just to show off how loud she can scream when she ALREADY knew the Plaintiff was toast for being sooo gullible!!
Plaintiff is to blame for being a patsy. The defendant is a crook. Unbelievable that the plaintiff wouldn't have a mechanic check out a car before purchase.
Do you? Lemons are cars - in general, it varies by state- that have a repair attempted 3 or more times unsuccessfully. Often it also has to be a safety issue asw. A lemon isn’t a car that breaks down after the sale, a lemon has to have specific, repeated, identical problems. He can fix his own crank shaft. That’s what as is IS.
AS IS AS IS
How has the plaintiff gotten this far in life? Seriously!
Suing Everyone along the way
That guy sales used junkers for a living trying to avoid sales tax

That is the most basic thing everyone should know before buying a car. Not to mention he bought it from a total stranger, it was old and super cheap.
If I'm doing business with you and you walk up wearing those types of glasses, we are no longer doing business together.
😂
😂😂😂
Indoors no less 😂
AS IS means AS IS
@0:05 Dear Plaintiff have you never, ever in your whole life watched at least one episode of the People's Court?? You should know the drill, you walk thru those doors and head to the first podium on your right.

The defendant looks like ' a friend of ours".
The defendant was straight out of central casting
Guido has a right to sale anything. buyer beware, AS IS. duh!
Dude is investigating a used car he agreed to buy as is! 😅
Who buys a car in the parking lot at a Deli?
That Afro was gorgeous
The plantiff was on a rush to buy an as is car to him and found someone to sell to him.
He said, "I needed a car real bad," five times. Even that sounds shady.
As is.. is as is. But if the plaintiff hadn’t registered the car, he prob would’ve gotten his money back because defendant wouldn’t have had title to sell it to him since he was never the actual owner
A title jump is a defense to undo the deal. Good point.
That sale is AS IS! 🙄 He was got by a Soprano wanna be in a deli parking lot. SMH! 🥴😂
But whose name is on the Bill of Sale??? The Defendant didn't own it to sell it... Wouldn't THAT make the sale null and void???
That's what I say As Is says it all
Extra costs extra, and "As Is" is as.
...an Actor, a Chef, and a Car Salesman walk into a deli...
Unfortunately as is purchases are always self explanatory.
He didn’t want to answer questions about the car when he was selling it and he was dodging questions from Judge M. Yeah, he’s shady
the glasses says it better lol
The defendant is illegally flipping cars, but he got away with it.
Unfortunately
Anyone who has glasses like the Defendant, means RUN in the opposite direction.

Loving the sunglasses!
I Worked With The Defendent Before. Great Guy.
These people are so dumb that they don't know or they don't want to know that when you buy something used there's no lemon law in a used car, and I unless they give you a warranty from the dealership
As soon as I heard used k knew he lost
The Godfather😊
That guy was in the movie Good Fellas.
When I read the title I knew the defendant was screwed, but hey just like you I watched the video to see how stupid he was.
Defendant is super shady, per his glasses.
Oh my goodness, I LOVE the movie Goodfellas! I just watched it again (for probably the 20th time!) a few days ago. So strange that one of the actors from that movie was the defendant in this case.
Defendant works for Matilda’s daddy!
How beautiful is that gorgeous Queen in orange in the audience outside?!😍🥰👑🫶
Beta simp
He's shadier than the glasses.
Open title car flipper 😮 wont incriminate himself 🎉 in court.
Defendant has an IMDB page for his movies: Gaetano LoGiudice.
Looks like a trustworthy guy? Oh Doug nfw lol
This guy is shady as F !

Isn't Defendant an actor in Italian movies like Analyze That etc?
Soooo once AGAIN another moran who failed to take a “used car” to a mechanic BEFORE he bought it!! Ugh!!, yet JM decided she would UNFAIRLY SCREAM at the Defendant!! Shame on her!!!

The mobster wannabe won the case.
The defendant got caught. He knows it. That smirk when she asked "How do you know about how it goes in that neighborhood?"
CAUGHT DOING WHAT? HE WON.
@@Mimi197-f2z Lying about selling more than just this one car. Sorry, I was kind of vague.
Judge Milian should emphasize the importance of having a mechanic look at a used "as-is" car before purchasing it.
Plaintiff is to blame for being a patsy. The defendant is a crook. Unbelievable that the plaintiff wouldn't have a mechanic check out a car before purchase.
What is a Patsy?😂
How is the defendant a crook? Its an AS IS sale. It's not his fault that the guy didn't take it to a mechanic.
HES NOT A CROOK....MAYBE U R THO.
@ a patsy is someone who is naive about life - easily deceived.
@ Perhaps crook isn't the correct terminology here. I think he knew the car was no good but was trying to help his friend unload it.
Howdy
❤
DO YOU KNOW WHST A LEMON IS? ANYBODY??? THE PLAINTIFF DEFINATLY DOESNT!!!!
Do you? Lemons are cars - in general, it varies by state- that have a repair attempted 3 or more times unsuccessfully. Often it also has to be a safety issue asw.
