      Thank you Dr. Rowe! I know it’s not common but I’d love to see or be directed to the opposite remedial exercises for an anteriorly herniated lumbar disc. I’m getting hung up trying to stretch my iliopsoas without flaring my iliotibial band. I love your approach. I’m a 30 year, veteran RMT. In my day, I would have happily referred my patients to you for Spinal care and I have no problem at all, endorsing your protocols so have been sharing your videos with anyone who has reached out to me in the last 2 years. Well done Dr. Rowe and team!

      Sir I had a Laminectomy at L4-L5 on January 29th 2021 its been 6 months now but my left foot is still numb which doesn't allow me to walk straight,because of the same reason I cannot walk for long nor could I do any Excercise which made me put on an excess 15Kgs,Doctor please advise me with a course of action to get a relief from my foot numbness.

      @@Mirzahaider First of all, I’m not Dr. Rowe but I can say this:
      This particularly video is a set of exercises that could or might help you rehabilitate Your own body. If you can’t physically move parts due to pain, this video is too advanced for your current state. I would suggest looking at starting with ANY movement YOU can do.
      The concept is YOU do something different than YOU did yesterday and see what happens.
      Most don’t understand that surgery usually only corrects ONE mal-functioning mechanical part. It doesn’t correct the damage to the 3 other components that got damaged along the way, also. You could start by teaching yourself how to Wim Hoff

    I had very bad pain and it was 12.30am and i could not come out of bed due to pain. Then I watched your video and followed your instructions. Within 10-15 mins my 60%pain disappeared. It's unbelievable. Thankns a lot and you are a real hero and saviour

    I went to physical therapy for 6 months and spent thousands of dollars following an accident that left me with a couple messed up lumbar disks. But, I still had lingering pain years after.       @@observingcitizen404 I felt relief right away but I have to continue doing the exercises along with stretching still-2 months later 😅 it's much much better but I had a bad injury so I know it will be at least a couple more months before the pain is gone totally. However, like I mentioned, it's so much better!

    I pinched a nerve picking up my toddler a week ago. I've been to the chiropractor twice. Heat and ice. Nothing helped.     i don't have any appropriate home items like couch or proper bed or room on floor to do any type of floor work , however the standing doorway helped me immensely... my back seized up after messy little puppy needed his little feet cleaned and i could not move ... i'm grateful to your kindness in making this video.

    I don’t normally comment but I’ve been stuck in bed with slipped discs and nerves trapped for almost a week. I managed to do a couple of these exercises earlier and I already feel a form of relief. Thank you so much. It’s really eased. I’ve put freeze spray on now and back to laying down for a bit.

    I can’t thank you enough for all your help and guidance with dealing with pinched nerves. I have been suffering from a pinched nerve with agonizing pain for more than a year and a half. I recently had physical therapy done, but the pain was still there. I've been struggling with a bulging L4 going on 2months of "PAIN" I've been to so many chiropractors, 4 times emergency room with pain and nothing was working...until I did these exercises and from one day to another the pain is GONE LIKE MAGIC!!!       @@DrRowe one question... Does sciatica wrap around knee or it feels that way? And since I just did exercise lastnight, my pain is gone I feel raw if that makes scence from my leg lower back... am scared to do anything now..lol what is an immediate precaution you advice?

    I’m only 20 but i’ve always had pain in my hips and lower back after standing for long periods of time (especially at work), to the point it’s hard for me to walk and move after sitting down for a minute. This worked so quick, I could cry. Thank you!

    OMG!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I have been waiting almost 3 yrs. now to have a full hip replacement done. I was in line for the surgery & then BAM! Corona hit, so I've been in pretty severe pain , but yesterday I thought I couldn't take it anymore because I was having intolerable leg pain going all the way down on my " bad leg," & about half way on the other. I knew right away it was a pinched nerve, having had it before, but just got through yesterday ( barely.) But today, the pain was at an 11 & just going up! Somehow I happened upon this video & followed your lead & Oh My Gosh, it was LITERALLY INSTANTANEOUS RELIEF!! I'm completely dumbfounded & SO THANKFUL to you, for sharing this with all of us out here. I just don't have the words or the space or time to gush on & on, I can only say thank you from my heart & for actually caring enough to share your vast knowledge & your kindness. But, most of all for just caring period, because as you & so many of us out here know (& too well unfortunately) that not all Dr.s & surgeons do. Just one more time, I promise......Thank you so much.

    I have back pain from 1 month and really the last one exercise is so effective to me . while doing the exercise 8:27 I feel little bit extra pain and in just 2-3 sec i got relief .And now I can walk properly. thankyou so much for this wonderful work.❤ And keep it up 👍

    I’ve been suffering for days thinking it was my kidneys but could not find out why hydration with electrolytes didn’t fix it.       It helps relief back thigh sensations/radiating which I thought to be is sciatica, muscle strain, compression, or something I will keep these in mind in hopes

      @@DrRowe Update : I managed to walk to pharmacy today. It's about 1 mile from my flat. I still do your exercise every morning. The pain nearly gone but I can still something in my groin. I combine your exercise and meditation. It feel much better. Once again, thank you Dr Rowe. Wish I can travel to your clinic . My husband used to work in Michigan years ago.

    Ive done pt before for my upper back and that helped out a bunch during my 14 years at UPS as a person who loads packages up to 150lbs and very fast. Ive quit that 2 years ago and joined an I.T. job. I recently did two sessions of running (10-15 mins each) and 2 days later it just randomly happened as i was clipping my fingernails.
    Ive tried your entire video. The one with the can and the couch seemed doable but the pain is too much to bear. The others didnt make me feel any better. Ill try again tonight but i am going to a clinic tomorrow and i believe they have an mri and xray as well.
    Nevertheless, thank you for helping people like us. ❤

    Thank you sooo much. I’m sure all you can pitcher this or you wouldn’t be here but I was and still am (but better now) laying in bed and on my 4th night of no sleep due to pain mixed with numbness starting at lower back all the way down my other thigh and calf straight down to ankle and toes. I’d eaten so many Tylenol and hydrocodone’s but to no avail!!! Finally I couldn’t stand it no more so I found this video and several other and I just related to this one the best. But stubborn me I thought standing in the door frame and doing this stretched would not help but finally after walking circles around my kitchen I decided to try it and we’ll the good door and the scorpion ? My god the pain released from my leg!!!! So I did them again and again . The lower back still hurt but that god awful traveling pain stopped leaving only numbness and weakness which I can live eith😢

    Don´t have any issues with lower back at the moment (Im a semi-athlete in my 40s) but the 1st exercise shown seems so great for my lower back! Great video :)

    I hope I can find some relief for myself in your videos because I have spent 3+ months seeing Doctors, An Eye Doctor, ER Doctors, Clinic Doctors, Pimary Care Doctor, A Physical Therapist, A Chiropractor and A Heart Specialist. Had a CAT Scan of my Brain, Neck Xrays and A Ultrasound of my Carotid Arteries. Been given multiple varieties of Migraine and nerve pain medications which do no good.
    I'm happy to report that I have NO Brain Tumors nor Malformations. I have NO Blockage in my Carotid Arteries. My Heart is Healthy. I have NO Cataracts or other problems with my eyes.
