Those two minutes of introduction were so on point. Couldn’t have expressed it better. I too have experienced reading like a meditation, it calms down the brain immediately. Great tips!
Thanks to this video I realised that distancing from distractions is just temporary instead i should train my brain to be able to act for me, and not seek easy entertainment like videos for countless hours. Leaving this comment as a reminder for self.
Hii bro... Your communication skills are just wow...The way in which you talk and explain things are simple and admirable💫✨...Love all your contents 🎉and it'll surely make all the viewers to read more and more🌸
Watching your videos after like 8 months or so and your channel shows how much content has grown and evolved! keep making such valuable content, you deserve more subs!
Avdhoot i always love your effort that making things easier process . Which is always to the point conversation. After your enormous video watching I ve started reading habits a little.
I'm a big bookworm but recently in few months I lost my conc on reading and finishing it but in my mind I always want to complete it also instead of reading i used to scroll social media . But this is the best channel i found. Your suggestions on books and particularly this video helped me a lot. Thankssss a lottt ✨😊
I literally read so many books but after some time i forget everything what i read and sometimes i don't complete the whole book.... It takes a lot of time to find a good book... please reply something on this ...btw i love your content .
In my case it is the opposite, I was too much into movies and web series in the last few years but after reading Great Expectations by Charles Darwin in the school library, my views towards books changed and I started reading more books but all my friends were still recommending movies or web series but due to reading thing, now I feel left out around my friends because we have different interests. So for me, reading books has changed me for good but also made me an introvert and got the tag of boring person.
I recently found your channel and i would like to tell you that you really give a lot of positive vibes via your videos.. i wish you get a lot of subs soon :)
So what happens is the books are just texts, a lot of text, and hence it does not provide our brain entertainment as much as visual things does...As mentioned in the video reading is difficult for the brains that have turned lazy and seeks for easy pleasure like watching videos. And if you are new to reading your brain will seek for the easy entertainment, i would suggest start with books that are not too long and easy to read and pick the genre you think are interesting, also be consistent ,then once you are used to the feeling of finishing a book gradually you can increase the book thickness and it will all work out. All the best!!
Beautiful video from Read Travel Become thanks so much for this good advice. I am currently reading the Henna Artist by Alka Joshi. I am taking it slow so I can absorb the story. I absolutely ❤❤❤ the library in back of you. It looks fantastic.😊
And how did u just know my issues exactly the same freaking time when I was experiencing these things you cited 🎉😂. Am struggling to read Catcher in The Rye 😢. But am hell bent in completing . This is my 4th book and am just not liking anything !! Yeah am a victim of instant gratification. Although I have reframed from posting anything online since 3 years now but I do scroll reels 😢

Why do I feel bored while reading books ??
Because your brain expects instant gratification that you gets from scrolling mobile phone and not from reading books...So sometimes it gets boring
@@BeingCurious20can u suggest some life changing books .note I have completed some books like rich dad, atomic habits, psychology of money etc
