For those asking what kind of haircut this is, I'm gonna describe to you what I usually get, it's a little shorter on the sides than this guy but it's still a great haircut to manage a side part or a pomp. It goes as such: a mid-to-high fade on the sides with a .5 clippers (this can vary, I like mine short), tapper the neck line in the back (no square or rounded, tapering helps because when it grows, the lower back will always stay shorter than the rest of your hair), and finally I always trim about half an inch off the top but this too can also vary due to your liking. And that's it! Hopefully this can help some of you, I've been doing it for 4 years and I get awesome comment and not to mention I won "best hair" in HS.
