- Hey Guys, Today I'm sharing with Bihari Dalpuri/Dalpuri recipe. It is very simple to make with ingredients available at home. The flavour of this dal puri is so yummy and it's also perfect for lunch and dinner. So do try and do share your feedback. It means a lot to me. ~For Dough~
Wheat flour- 2 cup
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Oil- 1 tbsp
Water- 1 cup (approx) or as required
Oil for frying

Chickpea lentil/Chana dal- 3/4 cup
Water- 2 cups
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
~For Masala~
Garlic-5-8 cloves
Ginger- 1/2 inch
Green chilli- 2 or to taste
Red Chilli- 2 or to taste
Cumin- 1 tsp
Black pepper- 1 tsp
Water- 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
Onion- 1 big size (finely chopped)
Hing- 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
