All that HC play is slanting Llama's advice. Ancient's Pledge is meh; find a nice head and add a socket to it and use a PD for resistances, unless you find an end-game piece like Homunculus or Boneflame

Sure but finding a nice head doesn't always happen. Ancients pledge is always a freebie. I try to give more general advice in these videos that are more achievable for everybody playing. But yes especially in softcore you can grab more skills from a head!

Ehh in d4 you can RMT some perfect gear and not have to worry about the gear part, and the richest man in the world can easily do that lol.

Yeah but then you’ll play as a godly character for 30 mins and never play him again- half the fun of this game is finding some super awesome items that unlock the ability to do higher player counts
