I'd love a video on how you go about your thumbnails. How you organize them and apply them. I've seen a lot of people say that thumbnails are very important but there is not to much indepth explanation on the topic.
To be able to access these videos and information is like heavens blessing, to learn these things you need to pay money and register for a course and it costs quite a bit.....but with these videos, we're able to learn....the time and effort the explanation, thank you so much for taking time and everything I've been searching for something like this for ages thanks a lot! I've loved to draw, paint etc but always got stuck this has helped me a ton! 🤧😭
Check out David Finch TH-cam Channel he gives us gold as well and an in-depth insight into how someone who works for DC constructs his process when drawing comics
Whoa, Tim. I drew along and had so much fun making this character. I made a lot of changes along the way, and she ended up being half demon/half human. Her outfit, weaponry, and hairstyle ended up being completely different. It was great lesson in comparing my detailing to yours. I favored yours much more to mine, so it was a good way to realize what I want to achieve in my own drawings. One more thing, when you started talking about Ara's equipment and really got specific about what she's carrying, it really made her seem like a real person (I really want to know her story now!) Like, she got up that day and decided to equip those things. It's the song, Few of My Favorite Things, the things we like and have help to define what kind of person we are. I think of the Manga Azumi, the story artist always has her collecting her stuff from the ground. That's such a small detail that is so vital to establishing character! And as you pointed out, those details matter so much more than anatomy.
