  • Pike Place Market is a public market in Seattle, Washington, United States. It opened on August 17, 1907, and is one of the oldest continuously operated public farmers' markets in the United States. Overlooking the Elliott Bay waterfront on Puget Sound, it serves as a place of business for many small farmers, craftspeople and merchants. It is named for its central street, Pike Place, which runs northwest from Pike Street to Virginia Street on the western edge of Downtown Seattle. Pike Place Market is Seattle's most popular tourist destination and the 33rd most visited tourist attraction in the world, with more than 10 million annual visitors. (Wikipedia)

I use to live there as well. Grew up in the area. This was actually my first visit in over 10 years. I miss it from time to time. Loved how outdoorsy the whole state is.

Great video but this place is not good if you have social anxiety. Drove me bonkers being there. Tons of people is a major trigger. Again, great video!

Do you know if there are any areas that we need to avoid in Seattle?

Sadly, this place will never exist in my world. I have lived my entire life on Vancouver Island, and only have been to the US once when I was just a kid, but never to Seattle. But given recent developments, I will never set foot on US soil again.

Are there still a lot of homeless people hanging around?

I didn't see that much to be honest. I really did expect to see more from all info I got before coming back. I haven't been back in over 10 years.

Oh yeah, those damned pesky homeless people. They spoil everything!
Sadly it's a massive problem in the US. Tragic really. No one truly intentionally chooses such a life. (Apart from a few people who do wish to live on the streets)
