“Steering the ship” is the term we all use for Opie when he does nothing. The reality is, he just was just there to help build a ship (maybe small painting contract) and get it moving. He didn’t steer nor keep it moving…
Not sure why he gets all the hate when both him and Anthony were extremely nasty and rude to people. I guess racists really like to hop in and pull for their own, pretty evident in YT comment sections how many there are out there being keyboard warriors and throwing out slurs left and right.
Why not a sociocapitalistic society? Everyone who makes under 30k is in one class and they deal with the socialism, whereas anybody who wants to go beyond that plays in the capitalist society.
Contrary to popular black belief, hearing the N word doesn't entitle you to harm or kill the person saying it. I know it's hard for you to grasp, but it's the truth and the law.
@@ChipWhitingtonIII and contrary to white belief you aren’t entitled to do anything you want. If you call me out my name in my face I promise you I’m making sure you not doing it again. Opie's entire backstory is false. Every story he tells, every "buddy of his" is completely fictitious. If he never met Anthony, he'd be on some crappy local show spinning records and talking some douchbag and a hole. He deserves none of his fame and wealth.
Meh. But he had it anyway. You’re nobody to decide who deserves what. He did what he wanted to with his life and actually won. What do you do with your life?
@@steviestevenson6156 oh well. He still had fame and money. It doesn’t matter how you feel about it. He did something with his life. And you’re nobody.
Of the entire O&A lore, Opie is probably the most influential person on the show. I’d say Patrice is 2nd, and Ant and Jim tie for 3rd. Look how many years this show has been off the air, and read ANY O&A videos comment section. It’s 2021 and people can’t get Opie’s custard launcher out of their mouths. O&A fans are like wrestling fans that grew up and still go back to old wrestling matches from the 90s to go boo the bad guy.
Opie's awfulness transcends generations. I was a young teenager when the show ended. I've only ever heard O&A years after they went off the air and I can't help but comment on Opie. He's... He's just so, SO fucking awful.
Opie has never been influential. If you said luckiest, you may have had a point. And how do we know he wasn't? Name one person from O and A that respects him or even calls him a friend. You can't because there aren't any. Opie is his mom in male form. Always been a loser and always will be a loser.
I love and prefer your longer clips brothaman
Oh boy, the phones are broke...time to listen to the fake basketball story for the 47th time. Contributing and steering ships since 18.
That story is so painful

Richard Pryor won the Grammy for comedy album.
The album title has the word in it.
What's the obsession of yt males with the word, black men's penises and black people about!?! It's weird stalkerish any GAY!

All these years later and it's clearer than ever how right Anthony was.
Truth!!
Disproportionate amount.
Not at all, you sociopath. 😂
It’s inane. Nailed it.
What exactly did he nail? Be precise. With facts, if any of you can find them.

Anthony's extreme racism started ruining this show years before it ended.
No, people being triggered by a word ruined it before it ended. Hence, were we are now.
