  • As a whole Botswana is ranked on the lower end of one of the most expensive places to live in the world. I forgot to cover the utility cost And for one person living in 480 ft for 1 month heating electricity gas and water we are looking at P500 ( $43 )
    Internet 8 mbps for 1 month P519.00 ($45.13)

This is extremely helpful information. The cost of living is much lower in Botswana than it is here in the USA. I would love to relocate to your beautiful country.

I also came to the Philippines thinking it's a very poor country, what we see on tv it's people on slums, high-density areas, so I decided to come here and show the beauty of the Philippines also to show the world that all countries have their own paradise. @@happymunchertraveler Thank you because you have good intentions and I have to commend your parents for raising a beautiful daughter like you both inside and out. Yeah, the west more often portrayed my country as poor showing nothing but appalling conditions of the unfortunate little ones and their unpleasant situations. I guess their just doing it to validate themselves and to put emphasis that they are a superior race while other vloggers on the other hand do it for personal gains. They like controversial contents so that they can have more views. My country had gone to so many adversities being colonized by 4 powerful countries (Spain for 300+ years, the British for 2 years, the Americans for 40 years and the Japanese during WW2) however, we also experienced being on top for once we were the most richest Asian country 2nd only to Japan but due to some mishaps our once robust economy declined thus we earned the title "sick man of Asia" although not really bad tho. The good thing now is that we're back on track and our economy is said to be the fastest growing economy in all of South East Asia and even rivaling that of China and India. Before you leave my country try to visit Ayala Museum in Makati and you'll be amazed about the gold of our ancestors prior to the colonizations. The Philippines has the largest collection of archaeological gold in all of South East Asia and perhaps even in Asia as a whole for we are known all through out the ancient world as the "Isles of Gold"
