Yep. Same thing would happen to Quill due to shorter life spans. It's why I've reduced things like Elves life spans to be longer than humans, but not 300 years+ long.
Id imagine it scales to the average lifespan of said creature with humans as the baseline, so if it would normally age a human 5 or so years it would be maybe 1-2 years on a guardian matrix

Mute microphone buttons for coughing please
Recap ends at 8:13
Is it just me or was the fluctuation in audio volume especially strong this week? I'm already watching the video with the volume turned up louder than usual for a better chance to understand everything - sucks not to be a native speaker - but this week it felt like I had to adjust volume every other minute to understand their voices and not get my eardrums blown out the next second. Same thing with the intro video - the music and graphics are amazing, but it is so much louder than their voices.
Don't get me wrong, I love these guys and the stream. I just found this very irritating this week.
Yeah same. I usually have my sound maxed when I watch High Rollers cuz its soft. Getting my ears blasted out if i watch another youtube video. The podcast (spotify) feels for me even worse, it seems even softer.
I am not a native English speaker aswel but I have binged these videos and i notice the same.
maybe a failed attempt at editing out Kim's cough
Wow!! What amazing ep
I don't really agree with their decision to stop the ritual . . . But if they did everything the way I would like the show would be boring and predictable, it is hard to explain, I don't like what they did, but I like that they did it
Just wow I knew you'd do that
What's the music at 24:30?
When sentry said ‘the B word’ I was expecting Aila to yell ‘BITCH?!’
49:30 Trott looks so uncomfortable during this entire thing.
does nova not have "find a familiar"? i thought she did, as the fimiliars are quite helpful with a little creativity and their cast spells through them ability
She got pact of the grimmoire instead of pact of the chain
@@Ryquard1 unfortunately pact of chain isn't necessary to have the spell "find familiar". A warlock can get a better version automatically via pact of chain or can learn the regular version.
UPDATE: nevermind mixed up warlock spell list with wizard. kinda prefered chain and blade over tome, as there's not many ritual spells and they're all not really that useful in comparison to the benefits of the others.
@@stevenmckenna745 Find Familiar is Wizard spell only in RAW, but I will add, given that Nova has the Pact of the Tome and apparently she chose the Book of ancient Secrets eldritch invocation, it allows her to learn any ritual spell that is a spell level equal or less than half her warlock level if she finds the spell and have the time and money to do so, it just seems that it has not occured to Kim to ask Sentry to teach her find familiar spell yet, or maybe she needs to find a scroll or a wizard
@@Ryquard1 true its wizard in raw, but we don't know hat changes mark has made to the spell list or if he has made any changes to it at all. that said tome and book of ancients is a goodish combo(didn't know she had that invocation), which makes me very interested in what spells she has and why. oh and thanks i'd forgotten about the invocation for tome
@@stevenmckenna745 a few episodes ago she said she would like to learn the ritual they used to heal arvil's and lucius' legs
Wen Lucius said acid splash sentry I fucking gagged on my cookie
😲 Brise is a mecho-lich/Vampire.
Anyone know what song the battle music is?
Has that sword been behind Katie this entire time? I've never noticed
Holy fuck this is the best moral dilemma I’ve ever seen
Was finger of death nerfed here? 39 damage on a 7d8 + 30 would have to mean that he rolled like 6 1’s and a 3 or vice versa. The average of finger of death is like what, 58?
It was Blight, not Finger of Death. Mark's a pretty tough DM, but he's not "casually drop a 7th-level spell on a Level 4 party" tough :P

Nightfrost is like some kind of mind butler for Lucius
this is the kind of bloodmage in dragon age that you completely agree with and let go free.
They been lvl 4 like 4 ever. They never gain any XP at all or?

there is a difference between a character having low intelligence and making bad decisions for that character
