Today, after watching your tutorial I did 7 munchmills multiple times when before I was doing max 3. It is the only tutorial I have seen that highlighted that the key force is the arm swing and NOT the legs. The legs pump is a very important addition but the main focus need to be placed on the swing. Once I switched my focus the difference is day and night. Thank you!!!
