When people voted for Biden and Harris to be their candidates, they did so knowing if something happened to the president the vice president would be stepping up to be President. Not to mention she still needs the support of enough delegates - Delegates that make decision in our place
It’s an already laid down legal process. When a candidate steps down before the convention, he is not an official nominee yet so he is free and allowed legally to do so. What’s next in this legal process once that happens is that there are delegates who then vote for the official nominee (think about the presidential election, after the mass voting, there is another voting by a small set of people called electors who could either topple or seal the fate of those mass votes- think of why the other guy tried to overturn the election results in 2020 by selecting fake electors). Back to my point, once there is an official nominee at the convention which would be done by the delegates that are already there by law, then you get to vote your choice between the candidates at the general election. So it’s still democracy. Your time to choose is on NOVEMBER 5th. Vote wisely.

And there is so much to criticize about her record, particularly before she became VP. Tulsi basically destroyed her campaign in two minutes during the 2020 debate.
