Steps:
1. SITE LAYOUT; Is where by the site being in a orderly manner such that the materials are arranged so that the area where is to be left.
2. SETTING OUT;- Is a process interpreting and putting building working to the ground.
3. EXCAVATION; is a process of excavating(diging) a foundation stretch upto a firm ground where will hold the building load...
4. After the excavation is completed, firstly we set the column bases and starters as engineer's specifications in the drawing.
From there, will concrete the blinding layer which is a concrete or a ratio of 1:2 since it a swampy soil and footing to be laid as the blinding layer Is being laid.
NB. These type of soil it's recommended to use a floating foundation and have to be vibrated properly .
5. After that the foundation walls is built upto the preferable ground level with the ground beam well vibrated included..
6. Then back filling is done and we'll compacted by the use of plate compacter...
7. Finally, after all these is done, the unti-termite is poured all-over the ground floor surface,covered with polythene sheets,lay the BRC and eventually poured the well mixed concrete.
