The names and information regarding that reservation were changed, so if the ID does not match the name the hotel has down for the room then she never should have been allowed to check into it. You never know if the person trying to check in/get a room key is stalking the person that's supposed to be occupying the room. Cops should have been called on her for causing such a disturbance.
