Ups: -good graphics -good music -nice effects -nice cinematics -easy to pick up Downs: -QTE (Quick time events) Are complete ass. Timing is delayed when trying to push the buttons. -Gameplay is non existent and boils down to complete luck until whoever gets their super/ultimate and uses it first wins. -Every character plays exactly the same. -not much innovative gameplay. -the devs seem more interested in making the game look pretty rather than making it fun to play. You get bored of it pretty fast and I'm a dbz fan so that's saying a lot. -the large bosses although were cool were nothing really special. You just punch until you get into a qte then go into the next phase. Rinse and repeat until they are dead. If you even get that far with the state the qte was in. -They charged full retail price for this game. For what it was, it didnt need to be that much.
I gotta say, that flight scenario was surprisingly well done. If there was an option in fights to do something similar to this (smashing through those mountains, the highspeed fights), that definitely would've spiced it up, I feel like.
Story mode is great and the character creator is a nice addition but all of that is overshadowed by how awful the fighting system is which makes no sense in a fighting game

namek looked really pretty in this game
This comment maybe old but oh well. Planet Namek has always look pretty. It just the animation is already “too old”

I hated the button mashing system that they used in the giant boss fights

the cutscenes in this game r beast, but the actual gameplay is not so great, so there are pros to the game, but it as well has its cons
