I am so glad to find this playlist and to learn glitch building hasn't gone away.... I took a 6-7 month break from the game after figuring out my own glitched base design I needed a break. When I came back the guild menu was changed etc., and I sincerely thought that'd the end of glitch builds. Having said all that I knew I needed to come back to this channel to find out, very glad I did.
Thank you so much for including us xbox players. No one ever does. Now that I have a new console powerful enough to build without crashing I have been building like crazy. Learning so much from you
This is huge, an easy way to invert the Angle part usually used on a Roof or Stairs to fill an angled hole and an easy way to make a 16 sided circle from the Biodome, looking forward to seeing and figuring out other good things to do with it. Going to save this Video to a playlist for quick reference, it will be very handy. Thank You!
I knew it! I was so close to figuring this one out, if only I knew that it needed a snap point. I might actually be able to do a spiral now, exciting stuff!
Ohh... thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Been away from the game for a while, and apparently standing planters don't snap to cuboid rooms anymore. Much appreciated. Take my sub.
Hey Jim, It has been a while since I saw you around, I hope you are doing well! (this was the only way I could think of reaching you). Merry Christmas.
@@Beeblebum spent most the day messing around with it, favorite so far is the ability for actually snapping the underwater prefabs against each other on land and snapping multiple biodomes into a central biodome to create very intricate arrays of snap points. Lots of easier way to flip items to specific angles. Now my build will only take 90 hours instead of 100 lolz
I guess it’s cool to be able to snap them upside down. I’ve just been freeform rotating them without any trouble. I’m not sure which would be faster in the end, but I guess this method is more of a guarantee with straightness. I haven’t run into that problem yet, but I imaging if I tried to do a circle or dome it’d be much faster with this method than freeform. It’d be nice if the devs just added things like “Upside Down” and “Sideways L/R” as a Rotate position/option in Snap Mode.
It’s kinda funny, like “ugh, that’s funny” not “HAHA omg that’s funny” that our older techniques are slowly finding their way back in the game but in a new revised way. Well, at least we aren’t restricted to adjacent parts only. I’m slightly bitter seeing you use those snap points Beebz. You better share 🤞😅😅
As far as I can see glitchwise, we really have improved and found so many better ways now. Still a few things broken, but otherwise, magnificent for building!
Nice one mate. I almost feel like it should be the universal duplication glitch instead but it could be called the giant hairy flaming banana for all I care it's a great little find
Yeah, I felt it was more of a replacement glitch or cache glitch.. but as it already had been named and used like this.. It was better to keep it. No matter, its cool and working perfectly. :)
Hi , I just have a question for you , because we got a new building updates , things are very different and I don't have the old walls anymore.... How can I get them back ? is there a way ? I love the big windows and old wood. thank you for listening... and THANK YOU FOR YOUR VIDEOES , YOU DO A GREAT JOB..... I PRAY THAT GOD WILL KEEP YOU AND YOUR FAMILY SAFE .... THANKS AGAIN ....
On console you can not get the legacy parts back... I am unsure why they decided to make them legacy, would have been nice to get a clear explanation from HG... It is noticeable that the render for the legacy parts are harder, so that might be the reason. As Ted said, you can save edit them in, if you are on PC.
@@Beeblebum I don't think that will work on fresh new game... cause there is only the new to do that with.... and yes I'm on pc... thank you for letting me know.... this is why I like watching you. cause you answer chats
I don't understand how people do this glitch reliably, 9 out of 10 of my attempts fail because I can't get the timing right, the ones that succeed are just dumb luck since I don't see how any human being can memorize the precise timing necessary to pull it off. Is it easier on consoles because of the lower framerate or something? What am I missing?
I couldn't either, it was giving my such a hard time. I just watched a different vid on it and the guy says to pick the part BEFORE the part you want to build and press "cycle" and "build" at the same time. For me on Xbox, it's left and right trigger. It worked like a freakin charm first try. Give that a shot.
First! I love your vids beebs
😊 Thank you

Glad I could help! 😊
And I think frontiers really brought great new glitches to build with.
You lose some, you win a lot.. hehe 👍

Fantastic tutorial! And thank you for the shout out! :)
Any time! I was not sure if you wanted me to link your channel, but If you want, I can link it. :)

I have seen more and more doing it now, but I was glad to be the trendsetter.. 😄

Nice, glad you liked it... I shared 2 more tutorials covering this glitch... Great applications for it.
Awesome! So many new building options just opened up thanks to this method!
Enjoy! much to do next year with this! haha

Love your videos! So glad there's an easier way to make circles now, I was too much of an inpatient noob to do the whole wires thing lol
I am sure we have not seen the half of it, and if you combine this with other glitches... very cool.
Nice, beeble, you ARE the NMS MVP G.O.A.T. Never stop
Thank you Dark, I am just sharing others findings, but glad to share it. 😊
Outstanding and clear video, thanks Beebs!
My pleasure! 😊

This was a very awesome video, despite watching on release I have not done any building for a long time so to refresh this was great !! 🙂
Always nice to have another technique in my "toolbox". Should make things a bit easier to do workarounds, if necessary. Awesome!
We definitely got a nice selection of tools now.. lol
Extremely useful as usual Beebs, many possibilities with this one
Yes indeed, many glitches simplified with this.
I really like new discoveries good one beebs 👌
Its a nice one this, much you can do with it.
🥳🥳🥳🥳
Super useful. Thankyou.
I think I accidentaly did it a few times by smashing wrong buttons lol.
Haha, Yeah.. A lot of glitches are discovered like that I guess.. hehe
Great stuff Master Beebs!!
Thank you kindly 😊
Hey Jim, It has been a while since I saw you around, I hope you are doing well! (this was the only way I could think of reaching you). Merry Christmas.
I cant keep up with all the new discoveries! Once agian the doors of Possibility have been broken wide open, thanks for sharing!
There is so much you can do with this, and not enough time to make videos about it.. lol

Fantastic tutorial Beebs! Feels like this one has limitless capabilities 👍

I love seeing all these new techniques & can already see this one having some really interesting applications. Awesome tutorial as always!
Thanks, it really has some fun things we can do with it. :)
Thanks! This is very useful. Of course everything, but I really, really like the new circle. 🤩👍
I definitely prefer drewcifer's technique for circles, but it is always great to have different ways to build things.
You're Truly an inspiration to all of us builders Eh 🤠👌
I have been just sharing these discoveries, I think I am too veteran to be innovative.. haha

Great find indeed, by TechSuppot :D
That is so cool! 😎😎
Frontiers has been the glitch building update for sure.. lol
Usefull :)
I am an absolute nms noob but this might actually work :)
Since frontiers glitches have been way more user-friendly It was way harder before. Practice makes perfect! :)

I play NMS on PC (Steam) using a Xbox controller. So I can use the buttons in the controller instead of the normal PC commands?

If you are on PC you can use the Save Editor and give them to yourself, that works. Not sure about Console players though.

Has anybody had success changing the color of something like a large refiner or trade terminal?
Nope, these building parts don't have that option. Even when glitching.
If you don't stop making it easy I'm not gonna have any excuses left :O Hahahhhaha
If I only would have known you are an easy girl, KJ... 😂😂

Does this work on freighters as well?
Yes, but of course, only with the limited building menu you have on freighters.
