If the retailers have no connection to the USA, then there is no sanctions. Amazon in all European countries have removed them because the parent company is American. eBay is the one exception as it is far harder for them to control what people list, but I am sure if they can work out how to stop people listing them, they will.

I think it's pretty tough to sanction them, but then I have no real idea about how much they sold to whom in Russia. I can't really imagine that it's all that much of a drain on the war Putin started against Ukraine. Which is unfortunate. Any thing that works against that disaster is a good thing in my opinion. That man is insane. So far this war has killed close to one million people since 2014 which includes the invasion of Crimea and counting up until mid september 2024. And it looks like Russia is suffering the worst. Official figures talk about perhaps 85000 dead Ukrainian soldiers while the Russians seems to have lost about 700 000 soldiers. And Putin is just sending more kids into the war.
Deepcool also has actually decent and good looking budget cases! Luckily I live in the Netherlands (by the way my father is German). I regularly build budget Gaming PC's in their cases!
They are the best currently i think. And with the Anti leak tech it markets so well. Specially for beginners, that will stands out alot for them if worried

Hi, When you say you've deleted every video concerning Deepcool, does this include those that had DC sponsor spots? It seems a more surgical strategy would be to set the Deepcool-featuring videos to private and to selectively edit out the sponsor spots. I would hate to see otherwise informative Science Studio / Greg Salazar videos be unviewable thanks to information you wouldn't have had at the time the videos were made.
Thermalright is making some pretty cool new aios with the screens on them the Grand vision is one of them it's pretty neat. I was able to get the deep cool mystique 360 before it was banned. It's a pretty damn good AIO and has a nice good quality LED screen.
deep cool had some of the best bang for the buck. their products aren't just quality with low price, they also looked really good. i miss their cases. i wish i got one of the matx and their AK620 before they got sanctioned.
I bought a couple of Deepcool tower heatsink/fan combos back in 2021 or so. They looked very nice and were quite cheap. I sold one off in 2022 and I still have the other one, but my new go-to is Thermalright.
could they. 1. sell direct to consumer and ship via the mail since the usps requires search warrant even for customs to stop a shipment? (look at why drug cartels are shipping by mail) 2. send the design plans to a company in the us to make the product? (unless it is the design that is the problem). it is like we making cuban cigars using american labor and materials.
It's kindof too bad because I like the design and I was hoping to get one for my build last year. Instead ended up with an NZXT Kraken and, well, now the LEDs on that don't work. In any event at this point I don't know what to get next. It seems like Deep Cool had some good designers and product. But so did NZXT and EKWB and the designers at those companies probably aren't the issue.
It is a shame. I would've loved to get a NZXT motherboard purely for the aesthetics factor, but the way the company has gone about the "PC rental" business has tanked their reputation severely.
As a be quiet! enjoyer, this doesn't affect me in the slightest. Still fascinating how geopolitical events manage to directly affect this scene. Keep up the good work, Greg!
Yeah, what's up with that Greg? Did you plant a DC rebrand to see if we notice?😊. Btw the Cambridge Microcenter had pulled all their DC coolers. Half the isle is now bare.

Also not available here in the UK. Rebranded yes.
CCL.Scan and Oveclockers all still sell them.
Fyi deepcool also make cases and power supplies. They're actually quite popular in europe
It's too bad too, its one of the best budget cooler for AM5. I have the LT520 cooling my 7800x3d.
They are the best currently i think. And with the Anti leak tech it markets so well. Specially for beginners, that will stands out alot for them if worried
Greg be uploading at these crazy times so his relatives in Germany can catch these videos, auf wiedersehen deep cool, gluten tag frozn, I still say be quiet are the best, great video sir
Does Deepcool always run at max speed guys ?
Hi,
When you say you've deleted every video concerning Deepcool, does this include those that had DC sponsor spots? It seems a more surgical strategy would be to set the Deepcool-featuring videos to private and to selectively edit out the sponsor spots. I would hate to see otherwise informative Science Studio / Greg Salazar videos be unviewable thanks to information you wouldn't have had at the time the videos were made.
Thermalright is making some pretty cool new aios with the screens on them the Grand vision is one of them it's pretty neat. I was able to get the deep cool mystique 360 before it was banned. It's a pretty damn good AIO and has a nice good quality LED screen.
Just checked Amazon UK no Deepcool products, Ebay has plenty of of deepcool products for sale.
My AIO is the deep cool mystique 360. Got it on ebay for $90 after the ban. Great performance, but loud pump.
I built a new PC last month from Microcenter and bought the Deepcool AK500 cooler. It works great and I'm happy with it, lol.
It feels wild to know my PC has contraband parts as a result of this
deep cool had some of the best bang for the buck. their products aren't just quality with low price, they also looked really good. i miss their cases. i wish i got one of the matx and their AK620 before they got sanctioned.
I bought a couple of Deepcool tower heatsink/fan combos back in 2021 or so. They looked very nice and were quite cheap. I sold one off in 2022 and I still have the other one, but my new go-to is Thermalright.
Just checked and not available in the UK either , even the 'fake' named varients are not available here.
Hi Greg. Quick question. Using Thermo pad or thermo paste on CPU. Which one is better?
could they.
1. sell direct to consumer and ship via the mail since the usps requires search warrant even for customs to stop a shipment? (look at why drug cartels are shipping by mail)
2. send the design plans to a company in the us to make the product?
Jut checked Amazon UK they have been removed from there also.
As a be quiet! enjoyer, this doesn't affect me in the slightest. Still fascinating how geopolitical events manage to directly affect this scene. Keep up the good work, Greg!
Deep cool are gone from Amazon UK but still on eBay UK
I actually have that same one and was recommending it to everyone. Such a beast and affordable.
Was quite a bummer because I liked the look of their pump block but oh well. I will have to pick another dumpster fire to buy.
Looks like products are still for sale in the UK
Can for the love of god build something in densium v4 + case please
Loved the irony. How "mfg are skirting the law..." then proceeds to show an AD for a DeepCool AK620 clone.
Isn’t the sponsored ID cooling FROZN A620 the same as Deepcool’s AK620?
Yeah, what's up with that Greg? Did you plant a DC rebrand to see if we notice?😊. Btw the Cambridge Microcenter had pulled all their DC coolers. Half the isle is now bare.
@@brucemcardleI wonder if this is a woopsie or if he’s just messing with us
I looked into that. The companies are different and have been competitors since at least as far back as 2017.
Bought a deepcool a few years ago. Works great! It was available at Microcenter.
I’m so sad because I love the deepcool aesthetic.
My first PC had all deep cool fans and cpu cooler
I have a deepcool aio just collecting dust. I need to sell it.
I can also confirm that Amazon Italy does not sell DeepCool products.
I liked deep cools products when they were available, i went for a thermalrite cpu cooler and i'm happy.
I feel like having tie to the Honey thing is worst than Deepcool... and its a Paypal, a US compagny... Deepcool products are fine, I still use their Case, but Thermalright took most of the CPU cooler Market, their price are so much lower for the same performance.
but....what if I rented my pc from NZXT with Deepcool products inside....🤔
I've been rocking a deep cool castle 360 since 2019, not a single complaint.
