I want to thank you as well! Interesting how many people got the same problem. Bonus tip: The pressure with hands on the flex cable worked for me only for two days. And when I tried your tips nothing happened. I almost bought a new sub board and then I cleaned both connectors on this flex cable you mentioned with alcohol and a toothbrush and then the pressure worked again. The connection is really poor, the upper part of this flex cable (closer to camera) causes that the power button doesn't work. So when you remove the plastic in the upper part this button won't work for you. Pressure on both sides of this cable needed!
I have a very good tip for everyone with the same problem. I had the same problem, I guess the ribbon cable wasn't connected well. Instead of going through this whole process, I tried putting the phone glass side down on a table and start pushing on the back thoroughly and with a lot of force. The back is flexible and I guess I also applied pressure on the ribbon cable connectors through the back of the phone. When I tried charging again, it worked like a charm! The whole process took 10 seconds! At the same time, I could not have thought about trying this without this video as it revealed the possible issue and location of the ribbon cable, so a big thanks to MST!
It worked for me too with 4 layers of insulating type cut to size. Yay! After repair, the battery on my son's phone had been run flat so I slow charged it up to 15% with a battery pack and then plugged the official charger in and it turbo charged up to 100% in about an hour. Fortunately I'd repaired my daughter's Honor 9 Lite a few times (screen replacements) so I had all the parts I needed including the T7000 glue. Thank you so much for this video.
Fixed it. The lower (USB) board didn't make contact with the connector. I used some 1-2mm rubber with adhesive on it. Before: clean the connectors with isopropyl alcohol and compressed air. Using AccuBattery measure over 5A of current at charging. L.E.: The phone still works as new! It passes about a year now, and it's still strong. Turbocharge works nice.
I had issues charging that appeared the day after upgrading to miui 14. Was kind of thinking about planned obsolescence and I stumbled upon this video that made me realize what was the issue. Thank you so much. I love this phone.

Thank you very much!!!! It solved the problem for me. It was a very simple fix with the added pressure to the flex cable. By the way, the adhesive on mine was a bit excessive and that made me doubt if it were to work out in the end, I had to apply heat for a good 5 mins in the entire edges of the phone until the cover was able to break apart with a bit of force.

Try pressing on these connectors while changing, see if start charging, also it could your battery goes under 3.3v , if that happens the phone can't start charging, also it could be related to charging ic problem !

I don't think i did something wrong, but if you believe so, you can point which seconds you have question about !
How would you want to remove the back glass without removing the camera cover which is the same unique piece ?
@@monopal2330 on my poco f2 pro it wasn't a single piece
@@chnapo1 yep indeed
note good idea bro after a while problem is back jumper is the best sulotion
Yes sure, the problem happened again.
My issue is i plug the phone in, press the screen at where the top of the flex cable is located the light at the pop up charge will glow red but it wont charge. Im confused to which part of is the issue, flex cable or sub board?
Im positive its with sub board, flex cable just connect from 1 point to another, but you could just order both in case.
@@mstphone can you share us the link of both items to order together?
And also, do you know where to find the back in transparent mirror color? To see the components inside.
Woooow looks like a common problem on f2 pros
Save my money thanks dude 🙏🏼

If you tried by yourself things like these can happen..
what is the name of the glue you used at the end?
B7000 / T8000 / CP-0002
All kind of adhesive i used
@@mstphone Thank you ! I have the same probleme. I will buy this glue and then I will do the repair
I repaired my phone thank you very much🔥❤️
😢i did this but the problem waz only temporarily gone. Now its back again. I even bought a new charging flex and sams issue. :/ it works with tape etc for a bit then either stops charging or just insanely slows down, like today it charged till 83% and now its not charging any further even tho it says quick charge. Any help would be appreciated.
Replace both charging sub and flex
I redid it twice and also put some tape on the other side of the charging board and now its working. I did try a new flex without the tapes and it had the same issue. so i ended up using the old flex with tapes on both sides of the charging board, and now its working been weeks since i did it last.@@mstphone

150C _ 180C depends on your blower
When phone dont charge you got red light on top on?
Thank you so much!!! God bless you!
My pleasure
God bless you too
what is the yellow layer thing mate?
It's high temperatures heat resistant tape
Very nice.
What is the name of the yellow card?
Thanks
Its not yellow card, i mentioned in the video its a metal shield that covers components, i cuted a piece of it and coated with heat resistance tape, i coated it for few reasons
1 the metal was sharp it could damage the flex
2 to isolate any connection between any parts because its metal
3 to prevent any heat
@@mstphone thanks you 💪
Anything you need bro 😊
@@mstphone can you use 1 mm cable?
@@angellee9999 no, i don't recommend because you may end cut flex cable, using card we just pass through edges.
Haha only faced this issue aft 2yrs of usage
Thank you very much
