Riddle me this what about all the customers she accepted money from and ignored? I have empathy for someone who is sick or experiencing a hardship. But she or her associates didn't communicate that ever to me. After dealing with Paypal to get my $69 (used Batty Bean code) back they refunded me $59 less the shipping cost. Don't believe no one in her company couldn't respond. And no apology to a faithful customer. ☹
Yeah I haven’t heard anything back and I’m a super understanding person. I just feel like I’m never getting my money back. 😞
She is not responding to customers. She has sent out an apology email, but I have not received a reply to my followup email, or shipping update on my label, and I do not know anyone else who has, either. People should not buy from this brand anymore. They are not trustworthy.

It’s so crazy to me that there are so many pastel options now… when I first got into makeup, it was basically just Menagerie’s Pastel Pup! My favorites are definitely Sickly Sweet and Delicious Delights!
Sickly Sweet is my fave!!! I love the depth and also that shimmer green is my absolute favorite

Yay! A ranking video. You could do these everyday lol. I may not be a pastel person but blend bunny sickly sweet is top tier. Nomad Tokyo is also really nice. Klarity cosmetics so mermaizing has been discontinued and needed a better formula but had pretty shades that were workable. 🤍🩵🪷🌷🌸🪻
I recently got the cosmic brushes delicious delights palette and loved it so much i started enjoying pastels for the first time ever! So then I got blend bunny sickly sweet and I can barely do an eye look without it now lol, it's seriously incredible. Those two are really the best!!
JD Glow is closing up and rebranding the name under another name. I just watched Jen Luvs. SUVA is bankrupt. I just bought the hydroliners 'Festival' very colourful 😊 5 pan palette, and they have a split pan with half matte and half metalic/shimmers and love it. Just wanted to let you know.
Ohhh my goodness- through research and instinct, I'd already chosen my top choice (for purchasing tonight, one of two) as what just happened to be YOUR number one choice! How funny is that, considering how random and rushed my research felt?! (In reality, it was eight hours of grad level makeup research, hahaha... it just reassures me SO MUCH, and lets me know I'm heading in the right direction/s, that the palette I was already going to get was *your* number one pick! You're clearly very well informed on all kinds of levels, so that felt just... lucky!) At any rate, I just want to thank you sooo much for this entire, wonderful and wondrous video! I just decided to search "pastel makeup palette best" in the TH-cam search box, and UP! you popped. This video has so, sooo much solid advice, so many wonderful options represented, and really firmly (but cutely!) let me know that - luckily also available!- the Pastel Garden was the other palette I most wanted/neeeeded. Though the Creepy But Cutes are also adorable, and SEEM to both be on sale right now- even being faaar more into the literary (I'm a writer for a living) and fashion (I'm also an ages ago former model and a dress ADDICT!) circles of the internet, I'd heard whisperings and worries about the creator, and don't know if she's able to *really* take new orders right now?! I do so very much hope she's okay, regardless. But yeah, I'd basically decided that for anything not wildly cheap that counted as a "fun extra", ha, I could get TWO new full pastel palettes. I've been using almost only liquid shadows for the past couple of years, and have looooved it; especially being severely chronically ill, it enables me to make gorgeous, hyper-colorful looks SO easily, even if I'm shaky and haven't eaten and/or slept in days! Specifically, I own about 45-50 (most of!) about face's solid, glitter, and holographic eye shades, which are practically impossible to budge unless very fresh, yet will come off super easily with the ultra-gentle, Petite 'N Pretty micellar makeup remover wipes I found when researching super-subtle makeup (NOT... really my jam, lol) for my niece's 12th birthday and FIRST REAL MAKEUP EVER GIFT!!! And while I adoooore the solid eyeshadows, and am NOT abandonding them anytime soon!, I'm setting up an adorable new makeup area in the corner of my bedroom, and decided I *really* want to get back into the nuance and detail work of dry eyeshadow looks and blending as well, at least as much as I'm able! Basically, I've been looking all night and exhausted myself, and you've sincerely rocked my makeup world- THANK YOU FOR SAVING MEEE!!! A quick question: Do you happen to have any videos of yourself doing black and pastel shadow looks? I have a lot more experience just doing pastels, maybe with a bit of white like clouds or stars- but pastel and black are soooo utterly me. I'd love to see a well-done video or two of people really getting into black/pastel looks! My favorite clothing brands are Vixen and Selkie (but nooo, not the infamous puff dresses!) if that tells you anything. I'll mostly hush now, sorry this is soo long; I just wanted to thoroughly introduce myself and thoroughly thank you. I'm getting my 12th surgery (10th abdominal, sigh...) soon, and I almost always get myself a treat for each surgery. Thanks to you, I can order now, and just maybe the makeup will arrive in time to play with, all surgery-pale and sleepy, in oversized pants or bloomers and cozy, over-sized t-shirts/wildly soft Selkie hoodies, TWO OF MINE HAPPEN TO BE... PASTEL, WOOHOO!. (It's super-weird to find me NOT in a dress- but recovery from surgery, etc.) I just can't thank you enough, you beautiful, violet-encircled eye makeup (and all around!) star! Sparkle on, and I'll be sure to keep both bright green eyes, surrounded in pastel glitter shades and eye jewels- on YOU!
This video came at the perfect time, I've been looking for a good pastel palette. I've had my eye on that ND dupe. I'd rather spend more than be disappointed with a cheaper palette .Too bad that Nomad palette isn't available now, bc satin shades are my jam. Lol .....

I bought an unused OG Creepy Cute secondhand and was very disappointed with how it performed. The shades were very powdery and didn't show up very well on my pale skin on top of a white base. Plus, they faded quickly. Granted, the palette is so old that it says "Strobe Cosmetics" on it. They could have improved their formula when they re-released the palette later.
I think that older indie brands like Shroud and Melt hold a special place in the hearts of people who were into indie makeup 5-7 years ago because of nostalgia. Eyeshadow formulas have come a long way in the last 5+ years. So compared to eyeshadow formulas/color-stories from today, these older "OG" palettes don't hold up.

i just bought myself the cosmic brushes palette. I don't own any colourful palettes and lately I'm kinda in a playful mood so this makes me feel good I landed on this palette for my birthday (with some beauty bay and glamlite ones). I was really intrigued by blend bunny but I had to start somewhere and I got a little mix of variety.

I’ve been waiting for thiss 🤩🤩 it’s crazy that the day of Creepy Cute’s dethroning has come! I think Maggie was ahead of the curve with that pastel release bc I’ve been way into pastels for the first time ever this spring, and that Sickly Sweet palette lives in my mind rent free. I have both the creepy cutes and i love that they’re concise without any functionally similar repeat shades but that no shimmer factor gets me!
I only have the Cosmic Brushes 'Delicious Delights' palette because I'm not really into pastels, but that one really caught my eye because it also has a couple deeper shades 🥰🩵
I don't own many of those palettes, but I think my fave would've been the same as yours. Need to buy it some time.

I was thinking of spending a bunch of money on the BB Pastel Garden but now I'm glad I watched this because I much preferred the swatches of the Sweet Delights, super light pastels don't show up enough on my skin colour.
My top fav HAS TO BE Bella Beaute Bar Pastel Garden. I reach for it so often just to help blend a look if it doesn't have enough gradient to blend nicely! I also really love my Glaminatrix Pretty Pastel palette so so much too. I have grown such a deep appreciation for pastels over the last year or so. I used to think I hated them because I do hate an all pastel look on me but I can't do a look without adding them now!

I just received Bella Beaute Bar Pastel Garden palette, it has a foul odour - has anyone else had this experience? I am not really keen on putting something on my eyes that smells so rancid.
That seems odd i have many bbb palletes no smell. You should email sounds like a bad pallete.
