AK, the 5% dividend from Keppel is minimum. Doesn't include SMM free shares or Kreit free shares.
As the divestment continue, more special dividend or shares will be given out.
Should one be worried about the gearing, when they have shown that they are still doing asset divestment?

🤔🤔🤔I don't know how much of an impact it would have but 0.9x is not too bad compared to STE at more than 2x. 💯

Hi AK, what about comparing Keppel with Fraser Centrepoint Trust? FCT be more appealing if one were to decide between these 2 stocks? FCT is about same yield as Keppel and is currently slightly below book value.

Had bought keppel below $6 in the past n got SMM shares n keppel reit bonus share . If drop to $6-$6.20, will buy some more. Keppel still not yet done with monetisation of assets. Also target of $200B FUM by 2030 ! Will wait for DBS to pull back from May to June , hopefully can drop to $32 😊

Hi AK. Very interesting. I am an income investor with no exposure to Singapore at the moment and wish to gain some exposure to this market. Do you think investing in the three banks mentioned is a good idea at current levels.? Equally if you had to pick 2 Singapore REITS at the moment which would you go for ? Apologies if you have covered this before-I have just discovered your channel. Thanks a lot !

Hi hi. I have no interest in looking at more REITs in the current environment where interest rates are staying higher for longer.
I think SG banks are currently fairly valued although where stock prices might go is anyone's guess. 🙊

    ADDITION SUBTRACTION & MULTIPLICATION
Buy low and sell high - buy, sell, buy, sell is not investment but gambling!
    It’s a zero sum games.
But mainly waiting for profit only, is a waste of opportunity times. It’s only a game of addition or subtraction - plus and minus.
Investment is more of multiplication or compounding.
The power of compounding or doubling every few years, dividend plus profit.
