My biggest issue with leader is that there's almost no incentive to rank him up. His heal reversal and power reversal are just as effective at rank 1 level 1 as they are at rank 3. And since those are the only reasons to use him, no one would rank him up.
Patriot is totally underrated… - unique playstyle with safe reversal after a dashback and counter 2nd hit in block - constant healing - crit chance and damage is nice - counters miss
