Would you mind to write a comprehensive program about training without a barbell, just with equipment like kettlebells, bands, weight vest, trx and dumbbells, Please!!!
@@jasonbrowncoaching thank you so much for responding. I would love to purchase a program from you but without a barbell and machines. I´m on the road and a das of four. I have a small setup that I carrry with me when I´m on the road and don´t have access to a gym. When I´m at home I spend time with my family. Thank you so much
I've found it more achievable to do the complex in reverse starting with the presses while I still have the strength to do these as these are the hardest for me and the gorilla the easiest
Excellent lifts. A way to optimize for strength vs just a good conditioning program would be to have different kettlebell weights for each lift. For example, the entire complex is limited by the amount you can push press if you only use one weight. But if you had different weights, then you can have the correct higher weight for FSQ and cleans, etc..

I would love to see a program like this too
While Jason hopefully works on this, you can check out Dan John, he already has a program and Ebook with the exact description you're asking

That works too

Good point! Stopping, resting, and utilizing different loads is an option for more strength bias
Love it coach 🔥
Thank you
I’ll give this a go. All I have are 53 lb kettlebells though. I need to invest in a lighter pair for sure.
Might want to downgrade the reps slightly
Tried this without equipment, but I think I should get a kettle bell.
@@romulusmars3766 lol, yes, you’ll need a kettlebell 👌
Thank you very much
Appreciate you watching!
Bro need a grip/ rack position with these KB, dont break the wrist
