Wroclaw, Poland is the best Christmas market in Europe and its the safest one for sure, not like German ones where muslim extremists drive into it with truck smashing people killing them, or France where same kind of people harrass Christian market attendances.

you will see many huge trucks and heavy machines around the old town if you visit Christmas Markets and it's because of the safety reasons so no car can actually enter any highly crowded area. Nurnberg is wonderful, ENJOY!
