XCOM 2 Tutorial Crash

Game appears to have an issue with crashing when starting the game with the tutorial option enabled. This was a test to get proof of the crash & see if i could prevent it. By avoiding hitting the confirmations on errors opening in the background, I was able to prevent the game from ending the video prematurely, however it still crashed regardless at the end of the video. Noticeable issues with the video itself is broken subtitles. What won't be apparent is when the video froze, an error opened in the background, which I attempted to ignore until the video was done with (hoping that I could save once the video was over with, unfortunately no luck with that).
