DAY 1 OF EVERY OTHER DAY STEROID & ANTI-INFLAMMATORY PROTOCOL - Arachnoiditis & Spinal CSF leak

Today is the first day of my returning to my normal every other day steroid and anti-inflammatory protocol after my acute adhesive arachnoiditis flare that 'exploded' on 28th January 2021. The flare progression was reversed through a 5 day course of IV Methylprednisolone 500mg a day bag. I then did a 2 week oral steroid tapering from 20mg a day prednisolone to 5mg every other day and 75mg diclofenac a day to every other day.
Today I took 75mg diclofenac, 4.5ml LDN, 20mg Omeprazole and my normal supplements. (This was my first day since Friday 29th January of no steroid).
I managed to complete the taper successfully according to my neurologist's advice to attempt to return to every other day low dose steroid use within 4 weeks of starting daily steroid use. I didn't have to correct my taper at any point and their were no re-flares.
In this video I show pictures about what happens to my legs when I stand or sit in one position too long. 1:08 They get discoloured, go purple, get spider web veins etc compared to post-long walk where they look more normal 3:10. When my legs go like that they & my feet feel very uncomfortable, tingly, burny and painful. 1:50 I also show photos of my post shower rash which is a very normal occurrence especially around a flare 0:50. I then talk again about how walking clears my head and seems to help stabilise my head pressure/ ICP. 2:00
