I am a survivor of major digestive issues that developed 40 years ago and thank goodness in the 80s I found a chiropractor like Dr. Nikitow in my area . He was newly graduated, now retired but brought in a replacement who I continue with to this day. My spine was curved, my valves were not working, my diet was all wrong (stopped consuming sugar/gluten) and now, nearing 70, my digestive system is strong - not perfect but whose is? Best of all, I understand and know myself very well and can navigate food/stress etc. Definitely recommend a chiropractor who gives at least 40 minutes for the first visit, takes an x-ray, does muscle testing, understands pressure points and never simply repeats the same bone cracking adjustment every time. May you find a good one, and heal well.

You're awesome. This explains exactly what is happening to me.
I have been stressing for years which caused my pyloric valve to be stuck open that allowed bile back into my stomach and that toxicity has caused inflammation and now I feel like my stomach is burning and I also have diarrhea. My stools were perfect just before this. It has been brewing for a long time because I let everything bother me, and the pyloric valve is what gave in.
Now I am changing the way I deal with life, so can have a life without stress.
Toxic people will always be toxic, BUT we don't have to get sucked into their shitty way of thinking. Let them be toxic and destroy themselves.

Thank you Doctor, all you commented on made perfect sense even to a "lay person" like me...l BELIEVE l may have a problem with a digestive valve (perhaps the pyloric valve?) because l have this bag full of fluids and air, forming again and again all throughout the day and not going away.....it is distressing......It also started with overwhelming stress. Wow I am so impressed I have big time stomach issues I have a high hernia heartburn. Look up "Applied Kinesiologist" or ICAK-USA, those guys are mainly chiros but know acupuncture, functional medicine, homeopathy, cranial adjusting and more

Have figured have trouble with wheat, but Dr's tested IgG and Ige, not allergic to any foods(except cantalope igg) (does that mean immune system is really good or not reactive?). Have found posture in sitting really effects digestion. Can your acupressure points help if get what father had- trouble with gallbladder (was mostly after he ate desserts).
It's a problem of NAVEL displacement. Treat for the same. U will be free of the problem
Mr. Richman, I am sorry to say you are mistaken in this matter. It has been proven that a chiropractic adjustment stimulates the immune system to function optimally. Also,when the nerves to the colon are not functioning, the colon will not function properly . And if the colon is an essential part of our immune system, does it not make sense that an adjustment which restores normal nerve flow would then be helping the immune system? If you do not believe me just look it up. But, if you want to be your healthiest....make sure your nervous system is working at 100 percent!!!!Also, make sure your colon is also! It is a no brainer!!!!!!!!!!
