Eighteen chapters, 700 Shloks
and a warrior entangled
in his thoughts. The situation of Arjun in the kurukshetra was the same as we experienced it today in our everyday life.
But he also has a mentor, his friend Krishn. Who guides him through the storm of thoughts and aligns them to one single goal.
In our everyday life where we too face the same situation. We too have Krishn with us in the form of The Bhagwat Geeta.

How could we do that, I am suffering from worst mental state where I have no control on myself, very much negative, always seek for someone support, feeling too lonely and not being myself. Too much affecting by ppl around me, what ppl are doing, what they say, how they look, everything abt ppl,
But where am I, I really don't know and it's getting worst day by day
Please if anyone reading this msg, help me to get through situation this .

1.First suggestion will give you about just don't abandon yourself and the things which are encountering you. Be in the place in the environment which will give you positive energy from within.
2.Heal yourself, try to communicate with your loved ones, share your inner emotions.
3.The hardest walk is walking alone. When you walk alone, the more you will recognise society, life, people, and your surroundings. We know it's hard to be feeling lonely but it's the time to *believe in yourself*. You can rise up easily if you have," self belief in you".
And lastly
We would suggest surrendering to The GOD (whichever you believe)
Like imagine there are 8 billion people in this world but god chooses you to be here on this planet! And please yeah toh manlo ki bhagwan kabhi bhi koi chiz ese hi nhi banate u have your own goal own purpose in this world have self belief.
Don't let people hurt you, if they are so just ignore them or simply walk on.
You are where, where god wants you to be. People will come and go! They will say hundreds of things don't do your work to impress people do your work to impress God! Just think what will your close one & God will say and react to it that's it.

@@eternal423get addicted to something like playing chess or some video game if you can't study this time leave it for sometime ,,, start workout it's totally hard start with little and it will show the you your physical progress so that you can get confidence ,,, not watch porn or anything that harms don't masturbate at all I know some withdrawal symptom will appear latter but you will be fine someday and eat well eat like a monster 😂 your fav foods and reach with meats because it has tyrosine aminoacid that will form dopamine more and you will feel happy iam 17 btw I felt the same when I was 13 I did all the bad things like over indulging for sexual satisfaction and all these like for 1 year then I realised and now I have abs , big body and matu re mindset so belive in you self give 6 months you will be fine may be God want to change your and that's why I opened comment and suggested you that things 😊😄 hare krishna

हमे अपने वर्तमान में खुश और उसे खुशी खुशी स्वागत करना चाहिए।
